bfmods seems to be dead... are there a large number of modders here? it could be a pretty constructive subforum, plus i do have some questions (ie, how to get bc '42 to stop talking about a wgl swap extension and actually work)

About bc '42 it use openGL, dunno what gear you use but intel dropped there support for openGL in there Graphic drivers some years ago. At that time most laptops had intel Graphic so those modding with laptops was pretty screwed. I dont know how it is nowadays if they support openGL or not.
Are you a modder and if so have been modding for a long time? Any special project?

Playing Simple LA server BF1942 it seems that kicks after 3 team kills. Shouldn't this be reflected by total score, or at least mitigated by it?
It could be more flexible, for example it could have a time exponent setting.
There is a "forgive teamkill option" but im not sure if it affects the kick function or the extra spawntime you get when you tk someone or both.
Anyway a player that been teamkilled can open his console and type "ftk" (it means forgive teamkill) (then press enter, he have to do it before he respawn to work i think.

edit: this map may or may not work if you play with a linux system, the reason is it uses some files from the coral sea map and the refference is spelled with capital letters (Coral Sea)(linux use small letters).
