Those two were on earlier in the evening with the same map Capt. We were told by players they were tking each other and when we went to take action they were auto kicked. I don't remember they came back in. We were also doing some Admin learning and sharing at that map and did not have 100% attention to the game. I apologize if we missed taking the correct action earlier and allowed the village idiots to bring chaos into the game. Will absolutely keep eyes on them closely and again Capt, THANKS for the alerts in the game and at this Forum.

Ice is a very good player, one of the best here and tactically very very good as well. He is also wicked smart. After the meeting I believed we are all on the same page that Admins will not be denigrated and insulted in the game. TS is cool but the game is not. Players need to bring their issues to the Forum especially when it is a confrontation with an Admin regardless of who is right or wrong. We all agreed to warn, (unless the player is a regular and knows the rules) kick then ban if the situation did not change. I hope this works out in the end and everyone walks away understanding and holding the respect where it is visible to the players, in the game. Most of the regulars simply want to play and play hard here. Lets maintain that reputation for the regulars and in this process it will invite the new folks to want to come to Simple too. The Server has been growing the last 2 months it seems. The logs look like the process was followed to the letter if I am seeing it right. Lets hope it works out well in the end!!!! We should all be able to have a blast here.

Huge thanks for the ftk reminder which I have only recently learned. There are times the tk is entirely unintentional, spawning directly in front of a moving jeep/tank etc. And once in a great while the ptk too....

BoS I look for the good where it lives. I have already lived a life in the shit so I look for better. I see this issue likely to work out just fine, even if it is not as smooth as some might wish. In the end, the path still comes to the same place. A good ending. That is as long as things are indeed upfront. I dont think you know the entire situation BoS but I do know when any human, Admin or not, apologizes in any level, I see the good. It takes juevos to do that on a public Forum.
  The offer for TS is one where the conversation can be spoken immediately, as the issue occurs. Makes life a whole bunch easier. If the person does not have TS, it makes sense to bring the entire issue here. (The Forum) If one HAS TS, where could there POSSIBLY be a problem???? I see only good, even if it appears antagonistic. I know it is not in my heart. Not that there is much heart left in this old body.
  Find the good BoS. Its there if you look. Your exact situation is an example. You made your way back here after a ban yourself. This server is run by a private individual and it is a blessing to be able to play here. its NOT a "right" as some think. All players are welcome to start their own server and have any such rules they wish and run it as they please. I have yet to find a better place to play than at simple USA and France. Play hard, fun, fast and furious. Kill well and enjoy the show. Then smile at the fun you have here. I do. And I know others do too.

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is not written to protect yourselves in your own home. When the framers of the Constitution wrote this Amendment it was with great consideration of the future of this Country. (Michael Moore is not of the level of intelligence of the framers here in the USA. Most of us consider him to be a dork) The intent of the Second Amendment is to allow the citizenry of this Country access to weapons for the purpose of defending against a tyrannical government, NOT self protection from Mr. Bad Guy. The lessons learned from English rule here in America from over seas, and how a Government of the People, by the People and for the People necessitated this Amendment to ensure their vision for the Country and its growth would succeed. Private Militias (Minutemen where I live) are supported by this Amendment.
  Most Americans do not even know their own Constitution and it pisses me off how few even understand the purpose of this Amendment. It has NOTHING to do with protecting your family or self in your home. That right is understood by all civilized humans, not given by the Government. Perhaps everyone her in the USA should READ the Amendment!!!
   We have lots of places here in the US where you can sleep at night and not lock your doors. Come to think of it, its pretty darned rare I lock my own at night. However where I was born in Trenton New Jersey, the doors AND windows were locked every night.
  To address the value of thwarting crime with defensive weapons, (guns either open carry or concealed) see below. Yes I know most articles are agenda driven but if you were to GOOGLE the topic, you will find many links. Both Pro and Con. (and a TON of propaganda as Nameless had said in an earlier post. So right you are there even if it was not about this topic. Propaganda is so powerful!!!)  Use common sense as in all topics to interpret the truth if possible. I own guns and most of my friends and associates do as well. None of us have ever been injured or have killed anyone else. I do not fear guns when I see them on a person any more than I fear that individual person. I do however know that flashing ownership and possession of a gun, when a low life piece of shit is looking to take advantage of a situation is very quickly halted when the gun is seen by the dypshyt at least on two occasions in my life. Funny how an opportunist sees the opportunity is not as easy as it may have initially appeared. ALL of the opinions in my post are simply that. An opinion. The Constitution is written.

  I sure do hope you are WRONG about some clandestine deal being made to prevent damage to the site. That would taste like dog shit if it was actually true and the message sent would be even darker. If the same situation happens again when I am there, let me know and THIS time I will do what I can immediately. It may not work but the attempt will be genuine! I believe tuia would want this person gone forever!
  I cant answer for the knickers line but i WILL bet my paycheck if that Admin is on when the perp is present, and the situation is understood, the wacko will be banned by that Admin. I have PURE faith in them. And I will do my best to keep up with that person too so if he is there when you are not, one of the Admins can permaban as soon as the fugly face appears. I believe we all would do the same action.
  I would like someone with remote server access to see if that player has multiple names as I suspect they do. Can anyone check into this player and if there are more names used so we can prevent more shutdowns and childish behavior here? I will write down the names and at least TRY to keep the old "open eye syndrome". And we can speak on TS if they show up. THAT should help.

Perhaps the slow or no response to the reporting can be addressed as such. I know there has been a lot of difficulty getting the Forums back up and the server issues in LA server and the lag issues and it seems ALL at once I might add. Cant be easy to tackle all these and get 100% right but this is above my pay grade. I know a number of weeks ago I was with you Dink on Stalingrad I believe when you asked me to ban someone hacking your server and causing problems at Simple USA server. I did not ban that player because I did not have remote access and I could not see him do anything wrong when I shadowed him. I even PMed you with an apology for not banning him. (I found out later you were 100% right about the piece of trash) I did PM other admin to verify what I should have done and again, without access to know this yack was worth banning, its a very difficult choice. Today,....I wish I had banned him. If it would have been a mistake, one never hears the end of "Power Trip" syndrome which you are well aware.
  In the end, its about ALL of the Admins and players here, whom put in their own time and efforts to try (Key word = TRY) and make this server the best there is and the most wanted place to play. Its is not perfect but the intent from pretty much EVERY Admin I see and know on the USA server, is to find that Battlefield Utopia and make it work. I will likely make more mistakes than others here but I can tell you I don't think there is a single Admin here that is on a power trip. It just doesn't fit the food a power monger needs to bolster a warped sense of value. The value that my penis is bigger therefore I ban thee. Or kick thee. The power is used for improving the game for the players AND the Admins that simply want to play this game as it is meant to be played.
  We cant make this place perfect yet but I believe that is what folks and Admins want. Sorry we missed a complete vermin of vomit with that Hiriya player but hopefully he will get his permanent ban in the end. And your reporting will not be in vain but appreciated. And hopefully we can improve the ability to eliminate such pieces of **** from avoiding bans or kicks in the future. Its a work in progress at least for me and I thank everyone whom has been patient with me AND for all those that have HELPED me here. I have a lot of folks to thank!
  Even with all the things going on at Simple, I consider it an honor to play here and know we have some great players whom are regulars and some EXCELLENT Admins, regardless of the things we need to improve. I do NOT believe we need to improve the Power Trip issue because i do not believe there IS such an issue at USA server with the Admins. I sure do hope we can find a solution to those that really screw up this system, and to those especially that find crashing servers and such. Its pretty sad in reality that causing chaos is found to be enjoyable. And I thought my life was benign...................
