Server Crash - can't log in (Server Full message)

Simple USA, about 11:00 am pct, on Iwo, a jackass beached the carrier to disrupt the server and it seemed to crash. I "alt+F4"ed out and tried to get back on. It said 2 people were on the server and I knew it crashed.  I started loading and it stopped saying "server full". I restarted the game, same result. I rebooted the computer, same result.

I logged on with another computer. 8 people on, and NONE of the people on the server before the crash.  I think they may be having the same problem.  Tookie included.

I think maybe the server needs to be rebooted.

Please advise.

Nevermind, seems to be a temporary issue.
