just been banned on bocage

didn't do anything other than get to a plane first before someone else.and the plane before id been run over by a bike just as I got to it and teamkilled.i didn't moan either.can you unban  me please.theres few enough bf42 servers as it is.

Yeah, driving vehicles to planes does two negative things.  Firstly, it takes a vehicle that could be used by another player in battle.  Secondly, leaving vehicles parked on the runway is a hazard for planes taking off.  Battle of Britain is different of course, but even on that map we should be careful about where we park vehicles.

   I can think of even more bad things about it.  For one, it's unfair to your teammates who are trying to get an airplane while following the server rules.  And in addition to being a runway hazard for planes taking off, eventually these abandoned jeeps will explode on the runway and damage any nearby parked aircraft or even kill or wound a teammate.

Being banned for a single day (24 hours) is pretty miniscule and seems to have taught the lesson very well for jezzy. Its simple. jezzy apologizes and understands AND is back the next day. Life is good.
I know this rule about taxi trip to planes is very simple and easy to comprehend here. What is not so simple, is learning and agreeing as Admins, on which rules we will enforce and if everyone, regardless who they may be, are to adhere to the same rules and results. I am trying to figure this out myself and in all honesty, cannot understand, what there even is to figure out except "protocol" which seems to be a fork in the road.
As for the taxi portion, Winston and Capt Blackadder seem to explain it clear for my old eyes. I cant see any negative.
