I am a regular on Simple USA, just about everyone knows me as a good guy and can vouch.  Karma starts off a MG round complaining about team stacking on Blue (which I agreed with) and several blue switch to Axis.  So much so that the teams are now unbalanced in the other direction, 7-4 human with one of blue AFK.  After several appeals to even the teams fell upon deaf ears, I joined red in protest - Karma didn't like this, called me a dickhead and banned me.  Way overkill for a regular like me.

Your not on the ban list Aqualung. Probably just a 15 minute ban.

I apologize for your "I'm the boss" ban. Pit should not be a admin. I removed his rights and he hacked back into the remote and removed mine so I cant stop his unwarranted bans.

15 min kicks do not need to be responded too, especially by admins that have no involvement and only want to express their personal positions. I'm not going to argue with you in game Aqua...we can compare math skills another time.  Teams fluctuate with people joining and leaving all the time...you constantly yelling teams and then switching to the team with more players is wrong. Don't do it while I'm in server or the same thing will happen.

It was 15 minutes...I'm sure you can handle that and get the message....your response was like I gave you days...so I'll remember that if there is a next time.  I'm not going to banter with you in game.

Thanks Dink...and especially you Janet....instead of piling on like Mr. Jaded admin does...you have been showing a lot of class lately.

As far as you go Tookie Dipshit...again you show you have absolutely no class.  I would have bounced you a long time ago with your back stabbing crap you pull in forums and the server if I was half the dickhead you are.

I know him as a nice, clean & fair player who I dont remember ever complaining about anything. I think any complaint about a kick or ban deserves a explanation, so I gave him one.

I cant believe Y'all would throw your hat in the ring with someone that plays under the name !fukstick and yet bans ppl for saying cheat. Who can complain about a non rule and ban someone for doing the same thing after calling him a dickhead. Who can IP ban somebody for getting on his kid's computer and asking why he was banned.

Goat head, there's nuthing I can do about it but explain that the only reason he's able to continue to do this is because he hacked into the remote.

Quite honestly I would like to bang your collective heads together once and for all!!

Tookie it is not hard to "Hack" the remote manager if you have the RCON password......................oh wait a second all senior admins have access to the to the RCON anyway so in that case this is not a hack but a reconnection to the RM.
I would have thought that if Tuia was at all worried about what has gone on he would have done something about it, I guess he is not.

I am not going to take sides over this issue because I think you are both old enough to work this out for yourselves but if you are going to put this out in public forum don't expect us all not to have an opinion.
When players come to play on this server most of them would like a good fair game with good fair minded people but this is starting to turn into a playground fight between to rival gangs and when this is viewed on the forum why would anyone think the actual server is any better?

Listen I respect you both as good honest players  and admins and I for one will not be drawn into whatever is going on here I think you both need to either sort it out or agree to disagree and get on with it, it will start to harm the server if you don't.

Janet you are once again the voice of reason but alas your command of the words of the song "Aqualung" fall way short.  The line is "greasy fingers smearing shabby clothes" or "eyeing little girls with bad intent" please don't ever do that again :-)

Janet I use Dipshit and dickhead when appropriate.

Dink....the server does not suffer at all.  The only person who has brought it up there is Tookie...and I don't participate when he does it.
Consequently, the only person that brings it up on the forums is Tookie. I've let his juvenile actions go since I handled it myself months ago.

Lastly...this is a server ban appeal thread....since there was no ban...there is no need to continue.

There used to be a fantastic sandwich shop in Dunedin called Tull.  Some of the best sandwiches I remember eating.  They played Jethro Tull songs in the background and it created a lovely sandwich eating ambience.  Fifteen minutes is about how long it takes to make a truly delicious sandwich.  I'm not talking about two slices of bread with a slice of processed cheese and some luncheon meat here, I'm talking about searching every nook and cranny in the fridge and putting real though into a masterpiece that would make the Earl of Sandwich salivate.  The moral of the story is thus, if you find yourself banned and unable to connect, go away and make a fantastic sandwich.  If, after making it you still can't connect, go and enjoy your culinary creation and come back tomorrow.

So who nominated me as an admin and is this the normal procedure?  Janet/Monkey I thank you for the vote of confidence and I am honoured that you would think me worthy to be an admin on the Simple servers that said I do not wish to have any special treatment.  As Monkey rightly points out I don't see an application in the forums either and I certainly would not want to jump the line or anything like that besides there is I am sure a few of the admin team here that would definitely not support this nomination.
