I'm sure the log show the admins spamming he's talking about.
Feel free to pretend you don't understand. Yet I think what he's denouncing is a real issue on this server you underestimate.
This intrusive way of admining creates more problem than it solves. An admin is neither the star nor the king of the server. He should be discreet and only be involved where strictly necessary.
For example an admin should not spam players who just joined for which team they should play.

Insults, swearing words, arrogant and disrespectful behaviour is strictly forbidden for ALL PLAYERS-EVEN THE MOST SKILLED ONES.
They don't say he's skilled, they say he's usually a nice guy. So there may be a reason for his change in attitude.
Some admins (often the first-timers) have a tendency to play the righter of wrongs and want to control everything. This is what I understand from the first message of Jazavac: «2 keep spamming chat with their useless warnings to other 3 players who arent admins» «admins keep spamming players who just joined for which team they should play»
These young sherifs have to water down their whiskey.
