TS Stopped working

I'm trying to connect to TS, which worked just the other day and it's stating : connection failed.

I'm using the IP, but the name has the same result. It's almost as if my IP is blocked? Any ideas? Thanks!

After I was out of game I did notice that it said you were connected but right after it said your connection was lost. Don't know if that helps at all.

It looks like my connection drops off after hop 13 now. I'm believe this wasn't the case before the recent server outage a few days ago. Was something changed with the service provider (routing?) I'm using Comcast, a typical US ISP. I wonder if my subnet is blocked or not routing properly across the pond. Could one of the Team-Simple tech folks that worked on the recent changes take a look at this and chime in? Does anyone else stateside have a tracert to compare?

Well whatever it was it self-healed. I had a go-around with Comcast yesterday too. They're not supposed to be remote managing the router they supplied, but it looks like they changed firewall settings when they upgraded firmware. They blocked all kindsa chat, P2P, and all UDP. Thankfully I'll be on my own equipment soon. ON the host side, I have a route past the drop-off hop from yesterday. NO idea about that one. But, all is well now!
