Re: a little question for Germans

Some German commands
http://bf1942.jottit.com/

By the way, I'm still curious what are some American and British messages because I don't understand the words. For example, British message after losing a flag (I can't even describe it because I don't understand anything; WeHaveLostControlOf3.wav), and after taking a flag: "Well !#%@% (cut, got, god, cought?), soldier". American - after losing a flag: "The enemy is @#%*" and "We @#%$^# (can't hold 'em, can home ah, can hold of, big_smile). Canadian - "The @#$% (pusin as pack, posin is back - lol) after losing and "%$# (go get 'em?), lads" after taking a flag. Even Russian message always sounds crappy for me - "Смотри, пикот/пикод/бекот взяли" instead of "Смотри, бегут, гады".
Some local voice commands - when British or Canadian soldier dies he says something like "Piladieu". Canadian also says "Torenhe". German - "Nicht es mal"?
American after friendly fire - "Cut it out you @%$^ (pollouca, poluga?)".
Also for nubs like me:
Americans took a flag - "We've got 'em on the run"
British took a flag - "Tally-ho"
American falls down - "Geronimo"
smile

well done, soldier

American - after losing a flag: "The enemy is @#%*" and "We @#%$^# (can't hold 'em, can home ah, can hold of, big_smile).

the enemy is advancing
we can't hold'em

Canadian - "The @#$% (pusin as pack, posin is back - lol) after losing

they're pushing us back

and "%$# (go get 'em?), lads" after taking a flag.

go get'em, lads

now can you transcribe me that russian one for leaving the area?

I thought the same, but it doesn't sound like "done" imo, so I can't make myself to think that it's "well done"

Same here, but seems right

Thanks though smile What about other "sounds"?

Re: a little question for Germans

Japanese also say "yokatta" which means something like "that was good" or "I'm glad that happened." Good is "yoi", but it is pronounced with just a long E sound.

And of course, "yes" is "hai". big_smile
