Hi.
Sorry if I insist about this again.
This map is supposed to be a plane map, with allies hunters chasing axis bombers. And Axis hunters covering bombers.
I would like to have 3 main modifications about this map :
-> Remove parachute (obligatory or alternative*)
It's boring that people can bail so easily, everywhere, especially for axis. It causes that axis can't do the mission, and increases the risks of teamkill (I usually can't play this map with ju88 without doing at least 1 or 2 teamkills).
I even was autokicked few weeks ago because of bailers. I think I'm not the only one.
People still can try to land, or to bail directly to another vehicle so that they avoid crashing. But it makes a kind of control about bailing because they can't do it everywhere.
*Alternative : Maybe add "low altitude death areas", like on uncap flags in other maps. So that players can't go by foot to those places.
-> Increase the number of ju88/object-spawn (obligatory)
If I'm not wrong, 2 ju88 spawn at each object-spawn place. Increase it to 3 so that axis can have 6 bombers at the same time instead of 4.
-> Remove 1/2 B17 (optionnal)
Allies are supposed to be mainly hunters, not bombers. I agree that it's a good map to play bombers for each team. Maybe concentrate the b17 to one of the airfields and replace it with hunters on the other airfield. And maybe increase the number of b17/object-spawn.
Axis have only 2 spawn points+carrier, Allies have 7+carrier.
Allies can easily spawnrape the axis airfield, I don't think that it is the meaning of this map. However, they have much more chances to leave their own airfield. Besides, bombing allies airfield is not the main objective for axis... In a summary, axis have to bomb the objective buildings when allies can easily spawnrape axis spawn area. Unfair...

And yes... i ask since years to disable chutes.
It can be tiring you shoot down plane by plane and 85% is Pro-bailing, does not matter where, ... even into the open Ocean.
Not speaking at all from those who just TaxiBail into an Ju88 or an AA on the other side.

FH or not, it kills this map everyday. And it causes teamkills everyday too. I don't ask to remove parachute for the other maps.
What about the alternative, then ? Your answer doesn't bring a solution to the problem.

At BoB England and Germans hadn't carriers, zeros, yaks, aichis, mustangs... and even less B17s...

The vanilla is just created for arcade-ish gameplay and for fun, moreso for server-side online experience. Plus, creating a no-parachute kit will made a conflict on client-side of things.
If you want to seek historical accuracy, there are mods to fulfill that endeavor; BG42, FH, WF and XWW2.
Just take your pick!

Problem : Everytime, some axis players bail, in order to kill enemies on the ground. If a ju88 bombs the targets, it commits teamkill. If ju88s don't bomb the targets, axis cannot win.
After 5 teamkills, there is an autokick. After some autokicks, there is a ban.
I don't want to be autokicked. I don't want to be autobanned.
You don't want to be autokicked. You don't want to be autobanned.
Players don't want to be autokicked. Players don't want to be autobanned.
And globally, nobody wants to commit teamkills.
Now if you have a solution about this. Please tell us. I'm open to your wide and lighty experienced opinion.

Why does everything need to be dumbed down to suit your ideal version of how the map should be played? Isn’t the map modded enough the way it is? It has B17s, carriers and all kinds of vehicles that weren’t included in the original version. Isn’t this enough?
I’ve played this map countless time as Axis and I’ve never had a single issue with team kills. Maybe you should check your minimap more often and learn how the game is played, instead of making demands like an entitled noob. If you don’t want to be autokicked, don’t TK. The best players in this game avoid team killing and do great on this map.

Ok I'm pretty sure it is fun for you to see bombers waiting at a high altitude that the single or couple of bailers finally got shot.
Btw didn't you retire from bf42 ?
And I don't do it for myself, I do it for every player who would like to enjoy the only map where you can play the ju88.

No Sense.
SIMPLE server is 84-slot server, not everyone likes flying.
Frequent bail is one of the ways to play this map for some players.
Player still can successfully bail on sandbags but get no damage, or crash plane into the hangar (which plane get no damage)
2-Increase the number of ju88/object-spawn
Agree.
More players, more vehicles, more bombers. It deserves.
3-Remove 1/2 B17

This is how this map is played, Axis can end the game but Allies must sit for timeout. If Allies don't want Axis to end game, the only way is to baserape, which is more efficient than using fighter to shoot down enemy planes.
Maybe add more axis spawn area to release allies baserape is one of the ways to deal with it.

but letting only engineer and zooker have chute is.
more aa on axis side is also a good idea.
i wonder if more ju88 will make the game end before time if all the objectives get bombed by 6 bombers. i guess the solution to that is more objectives?

Brit is not so much broken, as it is very unbalanced now.
The objectives were not designed for our playercount. A tower
is destroyed after seven bombs. Far too easy with so many red.
In it's current state, the method which supplys spawnpoints to
the allied bases is suffering due to the towers being destroyed
so easily. An fix/update for that is all ready to go.
Some have expressed the need for another axis spawnpoint to help
get them in the air. It is also ready.
When I added more spawn locations for Spitfire/BF109, I did not
allow enough of them to spawn at each one. ..ready
If not mistaken, carpet bombing is the top complaint on Brit.
Adding a tower for axis [should] reduce the carpet bombing,
as it won't be destroyed with one bomb like a standard flak38.
There are numerous posts for Britain in both the general forum,
and admin section.
Some are quite strange A few of them mentioned:
no parachutes (ask for since 2013)
death bubbles on bases (added in last update)
remove grenades (huh?)
team-only machineguns
less bombers for blue
more bombers for red
more bombers for all
more fighters
remove the Yak
add bubble at factories
