[PHX] henk

Spring, last year, i caught (PHX) henk using a nametag hack against me in aX, but i didn't have conclusive evidence. Him and insane were playing together when i joined in and got prefired multiple times by henk. I confronted him in the server, told him it was very obvious. He was quiet while insane started insulting me. I left it at that.

After submitting my unban appeal last year, henk started throwing shade at me in private chats, saying that he caught me cheating in aX and that people should stay away from me. He even went so far as to admit to using a wallhack to catch me. Now, i don't know if he had permission from the head admin to use cheats to try and catch players cheating or something like that, but even if that's the case, he was playing like everyone else and wasn't just targeting me. And he certainly didn't get any proof on me, so i have no idea why he would say that.

I got the pm pictures from Butcher and after that i even talked to henk about it in discord, chatting with him made me feel like he is allowed to test out cheats in most servers. But where is the line between testing and playing and who else have these special free passes. Decided to make this public and let everyone know what they're dealing with, because i think henk has taken it too far and shouldn't be allowed to play with cheats in public servers.

I think there's a major difference between using cheats for malicious purposes and using them to detect other cheaters, in order to subsequently ban them from the server. The latter case seems to be what henk did, so I would give him a break.

Surprising as it may be to you Deeko, this is a cheater detection technique that has been in use by admins most likely ever since the first days of Battlefield 1942. That being said, it isn't the smartest way to detect cheaters IMO. You can certainly spectate them also, which is a risk free technique.

Let's see what henk has to say.

henk has had some real suspicious gameplay recent months. im rather sure henk has used non-allowed hacks ingame in simple, not to catch cheaters, but to try and compensate for lack of skill

So an admin has to record his complete game to do it correctly or what?
And that post only talks about AX that was OVERFILLED with haxors and lamers....
If you wanted to find them in their true habitat it was the place to be....
I even played there to sniff out some mappers....

It's not about me or 000, even if you would have liked it to be. If you have anything you want to share and discuss about us, you can open up another topic and show your evidence.
I'm not just out here blabbering about something that may or may not have happened, i presented solid proof and evidence of henk admitting to cheating.

Don't worry, it's ok to cheat as long as you're bad at the game. You'll fit right in with henk, cranberrie, cub.sus, super.sus, IRONMAN, I see you playa, leonardo and a few other friendly noobs who don't mean nothing by it.
