Reporting player Vietnamese

That player has got some sort of extra senses. He waited for me and found me under his own flag with ease. I only got a short video which isn't enough. Obvious maphack without nametags on several other occasions.
Someone please take care of this

this is what they good at, enable cheat to target a player and then wait for his reaction and record, they can find enough of evidence on long term repeat

Maybe he was just looking around... I've seen him some times on server and I noticed nothing particular. But I'm not an expert at it...
