I'm 100% sure that if he had intentionally tkilled a "not-admin" player, he would have received only a kick.
I don't know any rule stating that "offenses against admins must be punished most severely". This is admin abusing imho.
(No, I'm not trolling this time. This is a real problem.)

If the admin is intentionaly getting Tk'ed he knows that for sure. If a player reports someone is a teamkiller he doesn't know that for sure, so a warn or kick will be a better option in that case. Abas is a highly respected admin on this server and therefor i respect his action. Maybe the teamkilled has been kicked/warned before? a temporarily ban then is a good descision.

I confirm my thought. If ABBAS had seen with his eyes "Gwardiya" tking someone else, he would have kicked him, or maybe banned for some minutes. Certainly not for 7 fkin days!
However, Abbas said only that Gwardiya tked him, without referring to other offenses.

i have seen this player the time i started playing this game ,so he knows every thing ,so while im using AA on carrrier and jumps kills me take the aa and says nothing ,he should get ban ,kick is for when player is new and i haven't warned him anything ,btw i unbanned you ,please becareful ,and drink responsibility
