was probably an accidental tk that you mistook for delib. i havent made a delib tk or delib teamwound in 2023

everybody accidentally teamkills. dary teamkills too. so do all simple admins. average tk rate per player in simple is around 2-3 per hour. thats 250 teamkills per 100 hours played

some of those non-intentional tks will look like delib tks, even though they arent

for example, merlin has probably teamkilled me 30+ times recent months. several seemed like delib ones.

even though i have vids of them, i didnt post them. i only posted the two that looked like 100% deliberate.

Yesterday, Maj.Merlin deliberately teamkilled me twice in Bocage allied main base.

We were both inf, non-moving, waiting for the B17. Merlin even said in chat that he would delib teamkill me.

He said also some nasty stuff to me during this.

But

Paul Baumer has forum-punished me, and restricted my forum account.

He has deliberately removed my ability to post videos and pictures.

So even though I have video evidence, Paul Baumer apparently don’t want me to make any more reports in the future about disruptive players in SiMPLE.

I’m not harming this community in any way.

Simple is a better place with me on board.

1)   That larger font has got nothing to do with targeting. It’s a change I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. Low resolution like 800x600 has got big fonts, while 2k and 4k have tiny fonts. Unfair. Are you accusing all who use those fonts of doing it because it improves targeting capabilities? Just a ridiculous accusation. I change some random setting, and you say it’s in order to be able to target better ..... unbelievable .....

2)   I’ve accidentally teamkilled around 10 Simple admins in, last two months, some of them even in similar ram/vehicle ways. I didn’t say sorry to any of them. Not one. None of them warned, killed, kicked, or banned me. And that was the right thing to do by them.

You know why? Because everybody makes accidental teamkills. EVERYBODY, and loads of tks. It’s just a matter of playing enough hours. In those same two months, I’ve probably been accidentally teamkilled by Simple admins 20 times, and many didn’t say sorry to me. Which is fine with me.

So you see: It all evens out. They tk me, I tk them. We do our best and try to avoid tks, but they happen anyway. All non-intentional, no problem, no hard feelings, all part of BF42, stuff happens, let’s move on, etc.

3)   There’s not one single instance of me targeting anyone in those two videos. Mark my words, not one.

We disagree with the definition of what targeting is. You’re mixing defensive gameplay and targeting together.

I’m playing DEFENSIVELY ..... I’m not TARGETING .... there’s a big difference.

I’m playing defensively while I’m looking for enemies in those two videos. You won’t find any instance where I’m ignoring enemies in my gameplan, or selecting enemy over another.

In Berlin, I’m defending, staying behind my team, and enemies randomly pop up in front of me. Some are deeko, some are others from enemy team. It’s all random. I’m not seeking deeko or any other specific players, I’m just seeking players from enemy team. Nothing wrong with it, allowed, and not targeting. And no, I was not caught, since I didn’t target. I attacked all enemies evenly that I saw.

In Bocage, I’m primarily attacking planes, and also bombing a few land targets. Zero targeting. I’m not seeking out 88, he just pops out in front of my plane, and that’s that.

All of a sudden expanding the targeting definition to include “getting low amounts of kills in a round” or “you only played because x-person was there” etc. etc. is unfair.

Here’s your definition, and I didn’t violate it. And your definition has flaws by the way, sorry to say it. It sounds like players who don’t defend flags, or move with the team, are targeting.

That’s illogical. How about all those snipers and stationary-prone assault players in Berlin, who never defend or go for flags, are they targeting? Of course not. And how about all those pilots who fly defensively like me, are they targeting? Of course not.

And I do not consider that Berlin/Bocage gameplay as being targeting.

that wasn't me. i played in allied entire round. there were 2 bfsoldiers in axis, though

are you implying theres something wrong with that move? there isnt. using a plane as taxi to get a flag, especially in iwo, is one of the most beneficial moves both for the player and team. the plane is not "wasted" like many non-pro players think, instead it respawms in 30 secs, and was occupied for 60 secs total. one minute of plane usage for a flag. good deal

some noob can fly around in a plane for 5 mins, getting no kills, and nobody complains. but when a plane is used for 60 secs to get an important flag, people with inferior understanding of bf42 tactics start to complain. not very smart
