Ascending hill at Omaha Beach?

Hey y'all, so I have seen this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bevS8bcK_dY
I did it the exact same way dozens of time and never managed it, I also never saw somebody do it myself, perhaps the guy on the video used a mod to run better uphill or something.

The big question: IS THIS POSSIBLE?!??!!??!??!

Have you ever managed to do it? (without any cheats, mods or anything else manipulating the original game)

in my opinion it's not working. If something does not work in SP, why it should work in Mp without modded con-files.

And its on a server too, I will have to try this and see if it actually works or not

I did it once after trying about thirty times. 
I have tried about a hundred times since and have never done it successfully again. 

When I did it I had an amazing rush of satisfaction!

Known to be possible or not? I still haven't seen solid proof, did it the exact same way as the vid I posted and by far didn't make it.

I am going to give it a try again. I played with it one day for two or three minutes without success. As "ODD" as this is for SiMPLE servers, Omaha is my favorite map to be Allied and make the initial ascent to the second flag. Its tough, fast and stacked against the Allies. Against the odds. LOVE it.

you can try with no one looking if you set up a local game using the tabs on the bf menu.....

After several trials, i missed it bec. of perhaps 30cm. No way dude... Same you see in Iwo Jima up to the hill from the right side on several places ... the same 30cm.

Ok.... I did it, 3x now that I know the exact sweet spot where to walk, myth confirmed.

I tried it for like 15-20 minutes and almost nailed it. It was a matter of few pixels if you know what I mean.

There were allways 2 cm left which i couldn't cross over...

Ive been practicing around the clock for 2143521345 hours.  I can now do it 1 out of every 2 times.  I've written a new AI hill climbing hack.  PM for details.
