I eat everything. I need no special powder or something you are talking about. In my opinion, it's bullshit. When men do it to get so desirable ABS, I think they aren't far from women who are spending hours in front of the mirror. There is a word for this — Narcissism.
I didn't say you need it, or have you ever see that someone died of too less proteins? I mean if you want to build muscle you should watch it. This powder is just like food, it has only a lot of proteins, nothing special. Nobody needs it if you eat enough.
I understand what you mean but i think if young people have this hobby to get lean and ripped it is still better than doing drugs something like this. At least they have a hobby and do something for their body and care about nutrition etc... I am no bodybuilder but bodybuilder see this sport as an art. If the proportion of the shoulder doesn't fit with the rest they train more shoulders etc. till it fits. The problem is only that the most fitness-youtuber are on roids but yet they claim to be natural. Because of the young people have too high expectations. Bodybuilding and Powerlifting is about consistency.

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find out what healthy food is. Current science still don’t have a clear answer. Made my own interpretation which generally is:
As unprocessed as possible
As varied as possibleRaw vegetables
Raw fruits
Fish, beef , poultry
Nuts, seeds, kernels
Legumes, lentils, rice
Natural dairy
Grains, spicesSo that’s what I eat most of the time

We started to forget how people should look like. Why it's not appropriate to be just natural as is? I know a few people from the sport club I visiting three times a week and their daily regime looks awful for me: they use pills, powders, they eat 8 times a day. They can't just enjoy a good piece of meat, they need only chicken breasts. They can't drink beer or coffee with sugar, they need a protein cocktail etc. What they are working out is technically just a workout for their toilet.

People on steroids need more protein, i think they are on steroids... no lifestyle for me neither. Even worse are people who are doing a low-carb diet. No bread, no rice, no potatoes or sugar at all.

The most drugs make addictive very fast. That is the biggest problem. And most of the time you don't know what you get.
If you ask me they should legalize the most drugs.

Visited Max hamburger today, their servings taste ok, but they’re slow and expensive, 9 euros for a medium sized burger.
My favorite all-time foods is the classic grill stuff; pizza, burgers, fries, misc. dips, milkshake, soda etc. If if weren’t so darn unhealthy, it’d be what I’d mainly live off for the rest of my life.

Yep, they counterfit a lot of stuff qhich makes it a russian roulette to try. Even weed has become coocked in some unknown chemistry to "harden" the effect, which makes it poisonous.At least here.

I understand if the bill gets a lot less, then yes, maybe you did some tweaking on the electrics and maybe there is something wrong. But if more why the attention? Did the lamps multiply the bill by several times or fust added a few tens of % ? Did the dude have 1 plant or a whole room full of lamps?

One lamp shouldn't be a problem. He had a whole room and many lamps.

I am the anorexia. Even the goat from the photo in that thread is much fattened than me. All my friends are over hundred but I am still a bit over eighty.
