Failed to connect to server

I am receiving Failed to connect to server on R2R and SW.
I am able to connect to the Aberdeen and 1942 maps.
I have found nothing online.

Any thoughts?

Your stuck on the internal banlist until the technician will clear it or the server will cough you out.

Is there a date associated with this?

Was Tank banned?

I haven't played for about a month and now when it try's to load simple server it reverts back to my folder with a half black screen and  the pointer disappears.  I have to hit exit to get pointer back and then can not close bf1942 window.. have to close through task manager. Same issue in single play.... starting vid plays fine. Any thoughts why it gets stuck?
