Failed to connect to server

I am receiving Failed to connect to server on R2R and SW.
I am able to connect to the Aberdeen and 1942 maps.
I have found nothing online.

Any thoughts?

Your stuck on the internal banlist until the technician will clear it or the server will cough you out.

Is there a date associated with this?
