Fish oil is overrated. Eat actual fish instead!

maybe, maybe not, the scientific studies and evidence are divided

if i magically could teleport raw fish to me from 10.000 years ago, where the world oceans were virtually clean and unpolluted, i would do that and eat mixed fish 24/7

oceans are now heavily polluted with all kinds of toxic chemicals and substances. these get absorbed by the fish, and then by us when we eat them. plus they contain micro and nanoplastics

Ahh yes. You must get great Superior fish!

I try to eat fish at least 3 times a week. Very important!

i grew up on fish, meat was sunday food, i was a head longer then my schoolmates, and topped out the scale on the lung capacity tester.
