Im a old player. im playing this game from 3 whole years.My gamer tag is MG 42.Since last few weeks im getting so much of lags and warning of bad network pops up always, even my network is working fine.I cant able to fix this problem. please help me.............

its been like this almost 2 years but only now more people are experiencing it. btw, lag is so bad server's been crashing lately. today 4 crashes within an hour and 2 days ago 3 times on caen.

no help, the server quality is bad

ive had it like this for a year, only solution is using vpn, but even with vpn its somehow messy with bad regs, and weird latency

I thought simple doesn’t allow proxies. Can’t connect to it with a VPN on my side.

I tried connecting and playing. Disconnects me every 5 minutes.

I don't understand.
Setting up a server for a person who knows what he's doing is a mater of what - an hour or 2 hours?

Why don't we change the routing location etc? If tuia is a ghost then why do we even bother with this?
Better make our own server where we can react in time, no? A fee of 5$ from a few people will cover the rent cost.

It wont help if we start from scracht it will splitt or devide our community, would be better to ask Tuia for some one he trust to take over when his not arround . Its looks like its not on Worldstream side by the way, I tried to help but was helpless I am not a wizzard at that level

Great idea with the new server. I declare a monthly fee. As long as subscription players have a say in some hopeless admins. Regards.

Honestly, over the past few months, I've seen a few players intentionally do something illegal in the game.
Nobody reads the rules before starting to play on the server - everything comes out in practice. More patience and a relaxed approach.

For example. The fact that someone accidentally destroyed an ally's plane (player killed immediately crying to the admin) - is not a reason to ban.

Let's also not forget that each player plays at his own level. Some are stronger, some are weaker. There is no team play on a public server - everyone does what they want. It has its advantages and disadvantages, but you have to accept it.
And I even saw a situation when an administrator kicked a player because he was "using wespe wrong".

I'm not writing this to find fault. I just expect a more relaxed approach to players. We are a really small community. Please take this into account.

No, I'm not reporting anyone. Such things should happen organically - within the administrative structures.

For me there are two server paradigms.
1. Player's perspective - the player comes to the server to play with friends and have fun (including chatting).
2. Admin Perspective - This is a service that helps players have fun (and not abuse their powers and scare).

The attacker has been identified and banned and future server crashes prevented. We will keep monitoring the situation.

Hi, the issue you are having is not related to server side but to your internet connection. Your ethernet cable may be damaged or your wi fi router is having some problems.

Yes Paul it is my internet connection but not my equipment as I have no problems with any other servers than simple.
I believe it is the routing from my ISP.
Moving the server would reroute and probably solve my problem but I wouldnt expect that to happen on my behalf lol.
Ill just have to sit my contract out. ( a year to go) and hope another ISP is better.

I'm of the opinion that is actually the server. Reason? it happens to different people from different countries at exactly the same time.
I understand if a person randomly lags every now and then it could be his own equipment or ISP, but when you see 5 people all from different countries lagging exactly at the same time what are gonna be the odds? it's gotta be the server. I've seen this literally at least 100 times the past 1-2 years. Basically everyone yells "lagggggg" and if you press tab look at how many players' ping get spiked. Its also usually followed by some poor bastard getting auto-kicked for high ping.

Im actually of the same opinion Kevin.
My vid shows 3 at same time. Seargeant ahmed ,myself and Bat.
However despite my evidence pointing to a server ending with 225 (see proxyfart posting) ive received a deafening silence and hit a brick wall.
Ive decided to just let it go.
Its not really in other players interest to let us have a decent service. and while their service is good why jeopardise that by moving server.
Someone once said to me 'You get what you pay for'. They may have had a point.
There are other good games out there and other servers that work for BF1942.
I got chastised once for 'advertising' so i wont say where.
Search them out.

Hi once again.
In the interest of fair and proportioned criticism I;'d like to upload one more video.
Not a mish mash of con probs but a fair representation of a games play.
there are a few glitchy moments now and again. A couple quite annoying. Watch out for me being killed byTest01 when frozen.
But i got him back lol and his M10!
Not that I did much with it...

The server quality is definitely worse than before moving it to NL. Someone has tried to make that up with server side mods and settings and this is the end result: some weird and laggy experience that lets you have unnaturally fast and unexpected kills every once in a while and also deaths that do not make any sense. For others it's just freezes and lags
