Let's see how good your aiming is for a low pinger.

And how exactly will you have a consistent aim without skill, when you don't know how to aim?

Have you seen 000's videos from when he had 24 ping? It was awfully embarassing for such an experienced player with super-stable connection to spray and pray like a novice. Even I as a non inf player could take him down without much effort. If he had hencca's skill, he would be among the best with such  a low ping.

You can't tell me some 40 pinger has less lead than someone with 20. It's absolutely ridiculous.

My pov from clanwars are on my youtube. Mind I never claimed to be an amazing infantry player and Im also not better than those 1v1 infantry fanatics. Im simply trying to get the concept of hitreg and lead across here and how its done in bf1942

You are confusing aim with hitreg. Im talking about hitreg not about aim.

I have seen a ridiculous video where he sprayed and prayed into a bunker on omaha and killed everyone. Kind a an answer to your question above.

Depending on the network these players sit on this can of course happen.

There's always a bigger chance for your shots to register if you have good aim and a good angle. That's all i'm saying.

yes of course but your hitreg has to support this too. If it doesnt you are screwed. You can have the best aim in the world but the server simply says no.

It's not the servers problem. 

Hitreg only becomes a thing at very high level infantry.  Everyone has dealt with this before.  Just use good positioning, aim and burst appropriately.

If you're really serious about getting the best reg...

Main things to take into account:

How many people are on your exchange (basically, how populated is your town or area.  Less is more)
How close you are to your exchange in your area (closer the better)
Quality of internet (Fibre to the home is your best bet, not to be confused with fibre to the node/cabinet)

Secondary things to take in to account:

Route to server
Control of packet flow
Line or hardware issues

Not so important but still relevant:

OS tweaks (Good compatible OS/drivers etc)

Hitreg becomes a problem way earlier than high level. As soon as you are able to aim properly in most situations hitregs influence becomes greater. Of course a better inf still beats you when his hitreg is on point. Everything else you said is pretty much what im talking about but going into detail with this is just tedious.

regarding bf1942 regs;

in sub 50 ping scenarios .... hardware is a major factor, but most in here and bf1942 players, in general, are completely ignorant to that, and stubbornly keep focusing on that f...... internet .... due to lack of knowledge and other things .....

primarily hardware (handpicked by me after long research) but also to a lesser degree software settings created my regs, not that stupid net connection

ive used the same souped up pc from 2017 till present for bf1942, been using same net (fiber) provider / isp those four years, but some time ago, i ordered a vintage dsl line into my home on old crappy oldschool phone cables, and a cheap router ... just to test and compare ... ping was 30 .... had it for a month .... played like 20 hours in simple with it during that month ..... regs were virtually the same

i could write long guides in here (made indirect ones already actually) on how to get better regs, but im not currently interested in doing that

In other games, new games, the average cheating quote is high. (Just look at Bf2142)

In CS-GO in a match with 10 Players, there's a chance of 72% that no one is cheating.

Just look the Ban Statistics .

No its immensely a factor in inf, if you see my regging, I have to wait always with lmg for a suitable hit angle, and even still because of strafing despite cutting them off well in advance and already hitting them, they med or w/e, strafe and survive, fire back on occasions
