It is possible to kill a man in a moving car going full speed with any ping if you shoot far ahead enough. But a running player becomes impossible to be hit from the side with over about 50 ping. Also, bazookas and snipers are a lot easier to hit than someone holding the medic kit.

yes true.  Some games even with  300 ping its possible to hit pretty good from side example RTCW what i play but need to shoot far ahead. Sometimes i spec high pingers there.

when i move a-d etc then i stop moving  after that the point of crosshair falls  then u need to shoot and shoot to lower than the head to hit head.

i remember playing Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons of WWII demo good hitreg even with 120-140 ping.  dont have experience of full version of bf.

Hope that works for you.  i almost never miss with this technique when i see some one not moving.  but when moves then its harder to hit.
