Holy smokes..........you got some PRIME riding territory and NO cars!!!!
Just for a giggle Vert..........I have had 3 bicycle/car accidents in my life. Only one my fault. Sure would be nice to have trails like those.....paved.
Thanks for the tease.
Park
The university I went to has the FL Museum of Natural History and has the largest occupied bat houses in the world right on campus. It’s really cool to see them when they leave the houses. I got to see them last night
Notorious ruins of a little chorch builbing next to the cementry of my hood
Tik tok misbirth... *facepalm*
A couple more bikepath rides from last month.
Although still under construction, this one is already a favorite..
Currently just 2.5 miles long, plans are in place to develop it further East.

Wow... really nice!
This looks like a plan making people using Bikes

This is a preserve that is about 30mins away. It is 21,000+ acres and is a savanna and a large basin. They have all kinds of wildlife including wild horses, bison, deer, various snakes (venomous too!), 300+ species of birds, turtles (and gopher tortoises) and a whole ton of alligators because it's one of the places they release rehabbed and relocated gators. Professional photographers are always there. Popular hiking trails and an area where people can camp and observation towers to look out at it. The lakes there are very popular among those who fish too.
These are bison!
I drive by it everytime I go south on the highway and get a good view. A couple years ago Hurricane Irma flooded the entire area and the basin turned into a big lake/swamp for awhile. I found this video that was taken 1 month after the hurricane hit so it's a bit lower than what it was right after.

Freakish warm weather here for a few days. Still a bit of foliage 'round:
Holy shitsticks
Launch about an hour ago. Not a great pic, but not bad for being like 150 miles away from the launch site.
Is that the norotiuos Huston that always ready to listen if anyone has problems overthere?

Lol no. Houston is in Texas.
Last night was the SpaceX and NASA launch of Crew Dragon from Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
how to post images on forum?
Go to any image-hosting site, upload the picture and copy the link that you will get on the forum.
ImgBB for example: https://imgbb.com/
So upload the pic, and select ''BBCode Full Linked'' under the Embed Codes tab.
It should look like this:
[url=https://imgbb.com/][img]https://i.ibb.co/8MvFX6T/Screenshot-5.png[/img][/url]
Your link would be slightly different ofcourse.

Such beautiful colors in the sky yesterday evening in Montmartre district
The distance between these parked cars is too short.

It is indeed a coral snake. Most kingsnakes here are dull colored but we do have scarlet kingsnakes here that are commonly mistaken for corals. There's different rhymes that people use to tell the difference but easiest way to tell the difference is that the coral snake's red and yellow bands always touch and the head is also always black. Kingsnake's black bands are thin and in between the red and yellow and they mostly don't have a black head.
Last year a man with dementia picked up a coral snake and brought inside to show his wife the "pretty snake" he found in the garden. Ended up getting bit . Thankfully, she rushed him to the ER and he ended up being ok
