Banned

Hillybilly added extra time(20 minutes) on map market garden, I told him i don't want extra time, so did player ''zniv fr'' and i argued with him reasonable, upload logs i dont mind, but he eventually banned me.
I want to know is this private server of  Hillybilly?
Who is he to add time as he wishes and to ban players when they say the don't want extra time.
He is abusing his admin position over and over again.

P.S I presume it was Hillbilly bcs admin that banned me didnt use his real nickname but his ping was around 100.

Like I told you before I wasn't the 1 who added time.
But you like to accuse me over and over and argue continually.
So I gave you 15 mins because you wouldn't shut up!

Here's how it went -We were asked if we wanted more time and I said yes and some 1 else said yes also.
The admin added time and I thanked him.

It wasnt about who added time, it become about that when u banned me for no reason.
I did not offend or swear to anyone I just said my and other players rights and that is some of us did not want extra time.
That is not reason to ban me.
U r the only admin EVER who banned me on this server and not just once but mulptiple times and not one time u had right to do it, but u do it again again and again...
If ur nerves are old and depleted then u shouldnt be admin.
Bcs of behaviour like that Simple is more and more empty every day, barely 15 players online while on ax there is more then 50.

So I guess I should tell you again? I didn't add the time. Another admin asked if we want more time-Which meant the other admin probably wanted more time.
And at the beginning of you 1st post you said I was the 1 who did add time, but like always you are wrong again. And You continue to lie to yourself now. Are you sure your not losing your mind? I see how your changing your mind on why you are here crying. 1st it was only that I added time. Then since you see you was wrong, you are changing to: A new story line.
Mostly trolls that have been banned from Simple play on Ax, because there are no admin there- please feel free to join them forever.
My nerves are fine, you should grow up and accept you was wrong. Child that thinks he is a Nazi lolololol.  You are Delusional like Hitler.
Maybe you should quit playing altogether and find yourself a corner to cry in.
BTW you wouldn't have been banned if you would have been paying better attention, like I told you before I didn't add the time.

our game quality is much higher than on other servers ...

In my first post u will see ''I presume'' and I pressumed it because when I said i don't want extra time u were the admin who replied to me.
U should have left it to admin who added time to discuss it with me and other players who didnt want that extra time.
But no, u must jump in and ''save'' the day, typical US attitude.
U have banned me without valid reason and now u r trying to insult/provoke me so that I begin swearing etc... so that u can point ur finger and say ''look at this Nazi how rude he is, thats why i banned him!''.
But it wont work.
U better apologise for banning me 3 times already with no reason.

And about ax and simple, I have seen u multiple times playing on Ax, why do u play with trolls?
I'll tell u why, u empty Simple by kicking/banning ppl for no reason, then when its empty u have no other choice then to come to ax.

Oh the spawn killer is here..
Ur screenshots show conversation before admin added extra time and it has nothing to do with my ban.
It was random conversation/joke with some guys, admins tollerated it and I was not even warned or anything..
And I changed back to my real nickname in middle of the map, I wasnt hidding behind other nickname as ur story says.

Now to set the record straight you presume wrong on all accounts: I have never added 1 minute, 5 minutes,10 minutes nor any minutes to any map Ever!
I don't even know how to use that command and I have never wanted to: until now!
I have never used run next!
I have never re-played a map over that has just ended!
In the 10 to 12 months that I have been admin -I have only averaged 1 per month !timer off so 10-to-12 times total!
I think 40 to 45 mins is long enough to play any map after that it becomes boring like you.

On the 1st ban at that moment the SS tags were against the rules and there were people complaining and you was not singled  out I asked you several times to changed you nick and you defied me.
I checked the rules and it was clearly against them at that time so I banned all the SS nicks. Its was days later  that Tuia made the decision to allow those tags! On the 2nd ban and the only other time I can ever remember banning you on was last nite for 15 mins.

A special thanks to BFSoldier for the screen shots! I appreciate it.

And just so ever1 knows I have Never set a map for myself on this server.
I have set a map twice only Ever and it was for other people and I actually left after setting it because I really didn't wanna play it, but they kept asking for it so I gave it to them and left.

You have picked the wrong person to have this conservation with about adding time and changing maps -I wasn't home all day yesterday and Market was my 1st map of the day late because I was in a golf tournament. And I couldn't get to enjoy it for you! Complaining about 15 minutes!

For you information there are some admin that work hard on this server and I feel that If they want to add time to a map after taking care of the server-Trolls, teamkillers, team stackers, cheaters, and wall glitchers and they ask if its ok, then they should be rewarded with want they want. Even a special map if they enjoy it!

Admins cant add time as they personally wish, no matter how hard they ''work''.
First u ask players and if all agree then u can add time.
I havent seen that admin asked last night and I surelly did not complain for 15 minutes as u said, it was all over in 3 minutes, argument and ban.
Why dont u upload logs, lets see with what have I earned ban...?

I think you will find admins can do anything they wish for the good of the server and the last time I checked they didn't need your permission or approval.

But now when u want to argue, U kicked me the other day for no reason also, some retard reported me and u kicked without even checking number of reported player, who is he, is he regular player or some newbie.

Zwarrior, Dr. French, zniv fr and me didnt want extra time, it's clearly visible.
Im not sure about this Caligos guy and Arwen, she wrotte ''vote gaza''.
Anyway, that's too many players with ''NO'', considering there was no more then 15-17 players online at that time.
Have I insulted any player/admin by saying I don't want extra time?
Is my ban justified?

Exclude those who didnt play at all and those who dont know how to use chat + those who didnt even saw message saying  'more time?' and u get 15 players at best.
Anyway all should have agreed on ''more time'', it was not map vote, map vote is different thing.
U shouldnt have asked at that number of players it's logical that some will want and some will not.
But admin wishes are above everyone elses as I said before.
And I ask again is my ban justified?

Since you thought it was me that added time you wasn't going to stop, so yes it was justified!
And all I said was, its a good map and easy to chat and play.
We was not going to be able to see any peace from you if you were to stay.

After BFSoldier showed us this you will need a longer ban.

It's not upon u to decide was it justified it's upon those above u, HEAD admin or owner.

What spawn killer bfsoldier posted has nothing to do with u banning me and u know it.
I was random chating with some dude who said hes son is 21 y old.. that guy didnt mind joke, he even continued to joke, saying that he masturbates 20 time a day! U can find it all in logs + admins where online and they didnt say anything.
So stop trying to go away from real subject.

Yeah, ban someone without reason then when he comes to complain - provoke him, then implicate other admins and server in the same story, then put some more ban time.
It's something that would only a ''sneaky'' 50+ y old mentally ill person do.
