Teamstacking rules ?

when i played in simple fra from summer 2017 to around spring 2018, teamstacking rules seemed pretty relaxed. i almost never got kicked for teamstacking. in recent months, an almost zero-tolerance against teamstacking and even non-teamstacking teamswitches has arisen

some admins virtually never kick for it, while others, in my opinion, abuse and kick for situations that arent really teamstacking, just to get an excuse to get rid of certain players

which factors define teamstacking ? i'd say the most important ones are :

- which team that has most players ?
- which team that has most flags ?
- which team that has most tickets ?
- which team that has most kills ?
- which teams has best team kdr ?
- is autobalance active or not ?

most times, the factors are split between the teams, so it can be hard to say which team is "winning" and therefore isnt allowed to switch to

my view is that teamstacking only should be an offense, when switching to a team that truly is winning or has a substantial advantage. when teams are even or almost even, switching should be allowed

an example :

i just got kicked for teamstacking by nameless today. the team i swithed to had :

- zero flags
- most tickets
- one player less
- most kills

the switch i got kicked for was made at 00:07

i wouldnt call it teamstacking

you were axis with less tickets (367) and you switch to allies with most tickets (595). from my point of view, you were alive and suicide to switch teams, so you left on purpose the losing team with one player less and switch to winning team and now the winning team have more players. i think nameless have right on this.

Situation of battle ( which side is strong which side has flags which side has more vehicles) & player numbers matter most

Its not teamstack, come on.Teamstack is switching to STRONGER team.
He already was is a stronger team(axis), and switched to a team that has no flags except mainbase, players numbers are nearly same but ammount of flags makes the difference.
Number of tickets doesn't matter that much.
For a long time I haven't see a kick for teamstack on simple fra, and I know well that even admins teamstack there.Use same rules for all people please.

Teamstacking is so useless in my opinion. Its not written in rules, and am sure other known player wouldnt even get warning for such.

This guys is adding proof that he is using changes in the config files to take advantage, He is clearly breaking "- Please respect all players. Behavior only meant to disturb or upset players is forbidden." He is teamstacking when he can take advantage for his score whoring by joining the better team, He is disconnecting if he is not top scorer, He doesn't play maps when he thinks he won't be top scorer, He death bails which is again clearly breaks the rule above. Pretty sure I don't have to add all the hangar camping, glitching etc.

He needs a break from the server. When he is behaving he is welcome back to the server. Can we just ban him from the forum except ban appeal that he will need access to soon?

I never switch the team just because the score (it doesn't make sense to me) but I admit that I hate to play with the japs
