Guys, can you pleas try to stop provoke Maj. Merlin?
What’s the point in doing this? Is it fun?

It only results in a lot of chatspam which gets really annoying! And in the end he gets kicked but he got provoked and thats not fair.
To me, this kind of behaviour is childish and you should all know better than this.

Trolls in the server are getting kicked but this behaviour deserves a kick too. Makes no sense to provoke him.
You all know what’s going to happen when you start. He starst to flame and argue and it makes no sense. Merlin should also be more smart and ignore it but still, this provoking has to stop in my opinion.

Even admins use commans like to provoke him like !suck Merlin.

When there is no provoking to Merlin, he’s more relaxed which is much better for the server.

I’m sure i’m not the only one who thinks like this.. I know he’s not easy, but I think he doesn’t deserve this.

I won’t say names but I assume most of who’re reading this know if they’re involved in this or not.

This is just my opinion if you like it or not..
I only hope that from now on it will reduce because it’s not only annoying for me, but also for other players arround.

Admittedly, I took part in the spam fest that took place on Tobruk (and spilled into next map). I apologize for those who had to read Merlin and I going back and forth.

It all started because he bitches at me anytime I get in a vehicle he likes (m10/tiger, b17, priest/wespe), in that case it was the m10 and he proceeded to bitch about it for 20mins. It started in team chat for awhile and then went to global.

Again, sorry you all had to read that nonsense. In the future, I'll keep my convo with him to a minimum. I'd prefer that anyway.

maybe its just me, but i absolutely love when nameless and merlin go nuts at each other, verbally, in-game, and say outrageous nasty stuff. nameless isnt innocent and merlin isnt either. merlin has started chat-fights an endless amount of times, where the chat was completely silent before he began

keeping the chat too clean and tidy is boring in my opinion, there should be room for some trashtalk. i also really like ax after midnight when there are no admins, no chatfilter, and people are cursing, freaking out, and saying horrendous things. its so entertaining ....

There's this beautiful little command called "ignore" if you haven't noticed. Just ignore any morons spamming and try to avoid them as much as possible

@Sunshine: I know he has to shut up as well. He's also wrong in this. But I'm aiming on the things what I've already seen and noticed for a long time in the server. It just has to stop in my opinion.

@BfSoldier1: You actually don't deserve an answer because it's brainless. But if it gets boring for you I see that a as a positive thing, then you might leave because you're bringing a bad atmosphere anyway.

@Outlaw: Ignoring won't solve the problem.

Uly and Sunshine aren't slaves, they are my teammates. I enjoy the gameplay a lot with my team and I hope they enjoy it too playing with me. Your knowledge about the people's relations is very backward.

merlin isnt the victim, merlin is the aggressor. anybody who thinks merlin has been mostly a victim, overall, last 5 years, dont know the whole story

merlin started picking verbal fights, provoking, being annoying, chatspamming etc from the very beginning years ago, and he still does it on a daily basis. he would easily have gotten permbanned on most other gaming servers

heres a typical merlin round from yesterday, where nobody bothered him from the start. he ends up posting 70+ lines of chat, mostly whining. notice how he insults me and talks sh#t to me for an entire round, while i only address him once

he delib teamwounds me three times, delib teamkills me once, teamswitches four times to shoot down my b17, in an attempt of getting it for himself. he freaks out in the end and gets kicked twice

all this is normal and standard merlin behaviour. he has delib tk’ed me many times in the past when i waited for the b17

He is usually chill when i play with him.But its true that he is a dick (mostly because he gets provoked or simply is a bad loser).

I think it will be better for everyone if some guys stop the provoking and Merlin improves his behavior. Good for a lot of people that doesnt want to see a 80 lines rant (including me, sometimes i get killed because he is typing and we are in a tank) and good for Merlin itself.

If I'm in a plane and someone radios for help or an airplane is spotted, I will fly there. Doesn't matter who is calling for it. I'd react the same way if MerliN or some complete stranger called for help. I don't care if it's 3v1. It's not a dogfight tournament. I'm not a strong pilot but every little bit helps. I much prefer bombing tanks or shooting the small boats though.

Just my opinion.

And yes, I agree, remove the !suck, !noob, and !gay commands. But add a !lame command ^.^

Surely I wasn't that much online lately due to personal reasons, but I'dnt be the one refusing granting Merlin access to SiMPLE. In fact, I can't remember a game having met him.
