Fact is that every ban/kick on xp fanatic so far with few exceptions of teamkill on purpose, is a case of admin abuse. And even in this case , which is more than obvious, I see three admins (I'm sure more will join soon) that are trying very hard to undermine and justify the actions of a man, that's already lost all his credibility (that's not personal oppinion, I've never had problems with jazzy myself, I have not voted for him in the recent purge poll, but if there is going to be winner in this election, no doubt it's him). Not to mention all finnish/estonian comrades (I'm not against finland or estonia, I know some great people from there, but we can all see you are friends of jazzy and support him just because you share language, or you are probably friends in real life). Nothing wrong with that but your objectivity is obviously clouded.

Even the name of the guy suggests what kind of player he is. Xp fanatic plays for the scores. How often he plays , and what is his daily routine is none of your business. If you have problem with Xp fanatic for those reasons, your place is not in administration. You are not made admins (those of you who got approved by posting admin application) so that you can compete with other players for score , and show good game performance. You are OBLIGED to keep the game emotionally balanced, so everyone could have a good time. Teamkilling,basecamping,inappropriate language, excessive/ chat and radio spamming, abuse of game mechanics, everything that's not part of the normal gameplay, irritates people or puts them in disadvantage is a reason for you to intervene and make the necessary CORRECTIONS. Kicking people for the score is much worse disruptive action. It's only natural it will provoke further emotional reaction and excessive swearing, which in this case are only directed to the person responisble via private message.
   
Jazzy's admins rights are probably going to be revoked like it or not. But it's important to point out his mistakes and bad practices, and affirm the kind of admin behaviour that's not acceptable.

I don’t condone XPs messages at all. That kind of conversation is useless. By now we’re all used to Jazzy’s “where’s you proof” mantra (despite his own selective memory,) excessive retribution bans, or dead silence when he knows he’s guilty of doing something wrong.  Jazzy’s continued tenure as an “admin” here is increasingly problematic for the server. Many of us know what he’s capable of in game, and he consistently makes questionable/abusive decisions with his authority. It’s time to end his pattern of targeted unethical abusive behavior and return him to simply “playing” to entertain himself as opposed to using BRFM to disrupt people he doesn’t like.
