it's not hydra(хидра) it's nudga(нудга) , and it's absolutely impossible to confuse it with your name .... It's not offensive , and it's not against any rules

Most people don't even see cyrillic letters, those who do can make clear distiction. You on the other hand, fail to recognize when you should intervene in capacity of administrator, and when you should deal with problem as normal player would.
