3 Days ban?

Just got banned by Anna for base-attack with username Dusan Tadic @ Battleaxe, but i was on Allies and in main base at time of getting banned and I was obviously not attacking other main. Think something went wrong?

my fault ... wrong player ID - could happen , excuse me  i will unban you  right now
