No... an unbiased opinion would acknowledge the fact that it has happened in the past and, without saying so as in specific instances , wouldn't be surprised if it occurred again.

I have no idea if you did it recently. Just in the past, which is why I commented the way I did.

I DO agree that you previously conducted such acts. I CANNOT agree whether you've done them recently since I have no evidence of such recent behavior.
