Forgotten Hope 0.7 - All in One Version Release/Event!

Today we want to present you this Forgotten Hope 0.7 full release, you don't need the three parts and patching before. Because now you do it with one step all in one.

   

"The PFT team has prepared the new version of Forgotten Hope 0.7 link - all in one. It contains everything what you need to play on a newer system in HD resolution, only with the exception of Battlefield 1942. By this procedure we want to popularize FH and make the game easier." (PFT Tom)

Next step is to create a standalone Forgotten Hope 0.7 Mod, which don't need Battlefield 1942 anymore as basic. We the players know that from another games like Project Reality, Day Z or Black Mesa for example.

Forgotten Hope is a modification for Battlefield 1942. This ALL in ONE version contains: - Forgotten Hope 0.7 installer - Battlefield 1942 NO CD/Widescreen FIX - Battlefield 1942 Win7/8 FIX - Battlefield 1942 Patch 1.61b.

I love this mod! Sadly, the admins of Pixel-Fighter are incredibly incompetent and power mad which makes it no fun to play the mod since PF is the only active server.

I recommend Forgotten Hope Secret Weapons instead.

I cannot agree this fact. The admins do the best for the players. And ask you as player, what for a map could be set next?
I have play on modern games on the server. And there you not be ask. You get a kick and ban and you dont know the reason why.
The PFC tell you what do you do wrong. If you follow the advice of the admin you get not in trouble with.
Visit the event and find it out?

You need to run BF1942 with windows XP I believe, then u can join FH servers, atleast without doing that it kept crashing for me

I'm running FH 0.7 on a Windows 7 system and it works.  It's been installed for quite some time now, which means it's not the All in One release, so I don't know if any problems have been introduced by it for Windows 7.  For the record, in my Compatibility tab on the shortcut I have it set to run in Windows 98 / Windows Me mode, but I don't remember if I had to set that.  All the other boxes on that tab are unchecked.  Haven't installed Windows 10, so I'm not sure about it, but try the Compatibility settings if you have problems.

The team simple has release a solution after the gamespy shutdown. You can download here in the forum, and here in the forum i have send a tutorial, how the Retail and Origin BF1942.exe works?!

On the BF 1942 Mod Forgotten Hope 0.7, some people tell me they got Windows 10 and BF 1942 runs also fine.
Windows 10 is Battlefield 1942 friendly.

So is their an actual plan to release FH 0.7 as a Stand-Alone? I don't see any server running FH, am I missing something or is it pretty much single player at this point? Any chance of getting a server running 24/7? Or getting Simple or one of the other hosts that actually have a community to run a FH server?

Love 1942 and the FH mod. Really hope it doesn't die, as it seems there won't be anything like it from a major dev / publisher anytime soon.

Also, can confirm FH 0.7 works with W10, no problems.

Pixel-Fighter, the last bastion of Forgotten Hope!  Just played a couple rounds.  Such a good mod.  Things die when you shoot them...
