Three day ban--Mistaken identity?

I just joined on Aberdeen like 15 minutes ago under the name "Mr. Donkey BUTTWASTE" and was banned 3 days for disruptive gameplay.  I didn't do anything.  I had a score of 0 and no kills, barely got started.

I think Maj.Merlin complained that someone else named "donkey noises" joined, instantly TKed him, then left. 

I am accused of evading/disrupting but I was in the game before "donkey noises" was and literally didn't do anything.

I confess that I accidentally drove over another player when I joined the server with a vehicle leaving the Allied main of Aberdeen.  It was me, I did it.  When I was banned, I was playing Axis and was playing pleasantly/trading jabs at the player who likes to yell, which was when I was banned. 

I apologize for these offenses and will not do them again.

You are banned for 1 day now for trolling Merlin. Your friend is banned longer, because of his teamkills on Merlin, yesterday and today.

Okay.....  I was in Merlin's B17 tailgunning and actually helped down a Stuka and a 109 in Market, when we landed, he was telling me to get out of the plane.  I got into cockpit, then into the #3 position.  At that moment I was banned.  The whole time, Merlin was yelling.

Before you came back with a new name, you teamkilled Merlin on purpose. Just like yesterday.

I tked him yesterday on purpose, but today I got credit for a tk when we were being chased by Axis aircraft.  I request a 1 day ban please!
