1 day ban for pixel is like putting you in prison for one day if you drive too fast.

search ingame for SIMPLE and you will see the server. if you install it from disc it should work. dont know what wrong.

He is not Russian. He is a Serb and before he was an admin he was kicked and banned because he used the nick of a guy named Vojislav Seselj and didn't change it. Well, who is this Vojislav Seselj? Just google it and you will find your answer.

even if you monitor can show all frames, the eye can only see about 30 afaik. the aiming is more fluently with more fps.

You were being watched for a long time , to get what you were doing. I would like to tell how but that would help you be a Better hacker. You were caught, that sucks for you, and that makes a better server, for the rest of the honest players. I think Mafia server allows hacks, play there with the 6 players there.

Many people are talking about overtraining but those navy seals don't have any problems with that. But you are right, a muscle should rest long enough to regenerate. Otherwise you are interrupting your regeneration all the time.
I wouldn't do only pushups. You have to train both side and not only the front side. This can cause shoulder problems. I would combine pullups and pushups, both great exercises.
