I kept noticing shots being fired in main but couldn't place where they were from. I thought maybe our bots were onto someone? No, it was this guy, who also shot at my jeep as I was leaving. I asked catpain to observe him for later.

Get the updated version of fraps. If you bought it legit you are licensed. Make sure you haven't double assigned capture keys, and make sure the save location isn't read only.

Start small with Bulge - already a tank map! Possibly take out the jeep & APC and add tanks instead.
It's vanilla and EVERYONE can load it without any effort at all. You just show up and play.
If people respond to that, then you branch out or make changes accordingly.

We really just need to add Bulge, take out the APC and jeep to swap with tanks or just put it on as is and see how it plays.

I think it best that admins turn off map vote when they are present, and enable it when they are gone.
Being stuck on phillies with 5 people and you can't sink the ship enough times to get to next map even with axis helping you is a desperate experience.

Arkos - I think it's gotta be vanilla, no one is gonna take time to DL a custom map. It would be cool to use the alternative flag on Bulge, eliminate the river flag, and to replace the APCs and Jeep with tanks also.

Could there be any consideration for adding one more map to Tanks A Lot? I think Bulge would be a good addition in rotation with the desert map.
Additionally, there are some occasional player issues there that could use some admin assistance as Mamba's already pointed out. If anyone is interested in specifics, I'll gladly explain further in a private message.

Off topic - it has nothing to do with the abuse report/thread. The kick involved someone else and the chat had no bearing on it. The uniformed assumption about my comments to vertigo is also dead wrong and I'd appreciate an apology (not to mention that I didn't realize vertigo was an admin anyhow.
) KS, you made unprompted comments to me on kills, and randomly name dropped me in attempts at insulting humor (conviently not in your post.) I don't like you, or your play 'ethic.' I can't fathom anyone giving you admin powers over a goldfish tank. I simply prefer not to be pulled into chat with you unless there's no other option.
That said, I'd love to discuss the alt-looping tactic (layered with the exp spam on deck) that some are quick to defend. Please by all means start a thread instead of hijacking this one. I'll be there for a fair clean discussion if you're capable of it.

I thought maybe someone killed my connection from the console. Maybe it was only server-side, but I thought that could be done in BFRM. I did agree it was likely just a server glitch in open chat with Piper (not you) and that's in the log. So stop "making believe" yourself.
As I've mentioned to two other admin privately, *someone* has been badgering me from console off and on for months. I've been getting random "You were kicked from the server" or deaths mid-game with no-one or nothing around me and no kill credit. This ONLY happens when that special *someone* is in BFRM and server chatting me. It's no surprise that I finally see YOUR name attached to this crap after asking numerous times who it was in console without an answer.
I know you really want to focus on what I said afterward (and meant,) and how you are finally able ban me for something. But I can't wait to see *someone* justify kicking a known player at -4 for a single bombing drop after they'd acknowledged it was a mistake in chat. It's in the log and with time stamps. ....It's probably the same screwed-up logic *someone* would use to justify the console behavior that's been going on for months... "It's just lonewolf."
Being an admin shouldn't be an extension of your ego. I didn't want it, I wanted to help. You clearly want it. That's a big difference.

To whom it may concern,
Some admin who likes to constantly anonymously message me in game in the barely legible yellow server text kicked me for a -4 that I acquired on a single bombing drop in the b17 on bocage. Whoever it is knows full damn well that I don't randomly TK people on purpose. But they kicked me anyhow. I had said "shit" immediately afterward and was typing out a sry when I was booted. Whoever it is may (or may not) be the same person using kill commands on me occasionally, because that only happens at times when the person using server chat interacts with me directly.
No response necessary.

I've seen extra 50cals on ships. It was a bit wonky but they were functional. I think you can add AA also on the top. All server side. If Dink pulls that off it would be an amazing improvement to coral.
The desert maps need more jeeps. Gazala, El Al (and Aberdeen x2 per main.) Even with bots off, I think.

Here are some unsolicited considerations for the BF1942 USA Server...
1 - All no-nade reload maps with artillery and tanks still present = please consider going to a slow grenade reload time. with this mod you will spend your three grenades, and have the ability to reload one (or more) at an egregiously slow rate that will most likely get you killed at the ammo box while waiting. Just food for thought, most of these no-nade reload maps don't appear to prohibit reloading ex-packs, so it really negates itself as you can toss an endless mother-load of ex-packs all day long on small close playing maps.
2 - El Al, Gazala = more jeeps please in mains.
3 - El Al, Gazala = faster plane spawns/ more planes
4 - Aberdeen = add 2 jeeps per main. It'll make the map play more aggressively and help when less people are on. Less hiking.
5* - Midway = Make a subs, zooks, and Engies only mod? (Maybe throw in some pontoon boats and/or mod the carriers as stationary into the corners?) I always thought a subs only midway would be interesting. maybe not. I know this one isn't likely but I always bring it up.
