Seems like you are banned on a lot of servers?  One has to ask why?

Without researching it to the same extent as you have Janet I would say it is the very much the same here in the UK but we are a lot more accommodating and civilised about it.

Here's a thing :

The cleric that is strongly in the frame for the planning of the recent beach massacre in Tunisia lives in a large house with his family near London.  The rent for the house is paid for by the state and on top of this he is paid more than I am yearly in benefits and disability pay outs again all funded by the state, or in other words by us the tax payers.  To put it bluntly we are paying to have our own citizens gunned down while on holiday by a radical madman in the name of religion, you think you got problems!!!!

Turn Off PB and see!  It does look like PB is trying to do something at start up but just turn it off very few players use it anymore,

I would also suggest downloading the v2.0 final or 2.1 , v2.0beta was buggy at best.
Until you have it running stable take of the auto restart.

Tookie it is not hard to "Hack" the remote manager if you have the RCON password......................oh wait a second all senior admins have access to the to the RCON anyway so in that case this is not a hack but a reconnection to the RM.
I would have thought that if Tuia was at all worried about what has gone on he would have done something about it, I guess he is not.

I am not going to take sides over this issue because I think you are both old enough to work this out for yourselves but if you are going to put this out in public forum don't expect us all not to have an opinion.
When players come to play on this server most of them would like a good fair game with good fair minded people but this is starting to turn into a playground fight between to rival gangs and when this is viewed on the forum why would anyone think the actual server is any better?

Listen I respect you both as good honest players  and admins and I for one will not be drawn into whatever is going on here I think you both need to either sort it out or agree to disagree and get on with it, it will start to harm the server if you don't.
