Server Manager Errors V2.0 beta 4e

I am seeing these errors:

7/8/2015 20:47:32 : Server has a popup, terminating
7/8/2015 20:47:32 : Server is in a restart loop, disabling auto-restart.
7/8/2015 20:47:32 : Couldn't take a module snapshot! Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed. (299)
7/8/2015 20:47:32 : Server stopped
7/8/2015 20:47:32 : Disconnected

I have turned off Windows Hard Popups, run exe as admin, checked the firewall, and I'm stuck but still researching.  I know I ran into these errors years ago and I want to say PB has something to do with it but I don't totally remember how I fixed it.

Turn Off PB and see!  It does look like PB is trying to do something at start up but just turn it off very few players use it anymore,

I would also suggest downloading the v2.0 final or 2.1 , v2.0beta was buggy at best.
Until you have it running stable take of the auto restart.
