You posted on an open forum your complaint and anyone is entitled to look at it and you were happy to reply with information as to when it happen so I thought you wanted it looked into, clearly I was wrong and now I can see why.

Ok I have looked through the logs from the time you say Rowdy was being a racist and insulting to you.
Clearly you two don't get along  but I can see you giving as good as you get and trying to stir up trouble by calling Rowdy a racist so really the two of you are as bad as each other.

A little more annoyed to find you trying to still poach players for your defunct RFC server though, which quite frankly is not for the good of the Simple server and if I see it again you will get a ban ok?

I have been looking through the logs of the server over the last month and I cant see any evidence of this at all, are you sure you got the right guy GoodGuy?
Could you give us some time frame that this has been occurring so that it would be easier to find in the logs please?

The server is based in the USA and the chosen language for the server in game chat is English so please when in game use English in team and game chat.  Again I have trawled through the logs and can find no evidence of racist comments regarding this, please could you give precise examples again to make it easier to find.

Personally I would remove the one marked Coral_sea_I.rfa which of course is a modified file and is not part of the default installation

At the time you were kicked and banned for team killing you would have received a message from the server to say that you are banned, so you really cant use the "I didn't know" as any form of excuse the rules are very clear on this.  You should have raised an unban request at that time but instead you decided that it would be ok to try and enter the server using a different ID and this has been perceived as an attempt to evade the ban, please see rules regarding this.

Either way this topic needs to remain in the unban requests section and not in abuse because no abuse has taken place, please take this back to the correct area you will not get a ban lifted from this section.
It will remain down to the admin that placed the ban to reply or release the ban so you will not be able to get around this by opening threads elsewhere.

I have seen this happen myself and have never found a way of resolving it and I can't any real reason for it, you just have to wait until you die and as you say it all goes back to normal.

Still before we decide that we still need a bit more to go on we may be gods but one of our number was careless with the crystal ball and dropped it, it now has a crack in it and we are unable to see the future, the past or what his friends in game nick was.

If his friend was banned or kicked, that we do not indeed yet know, in error then of course we will make good and apologise for the error.  We may even make him make him a gift of a slightly damaged crystal ball by way of apology.
