This is exactly how perfectly a ban, followed by an un-ban request can be processed. With tact, poise, logic and recognition of the issue, followed by (as UNUSUAL as it may be) an apology. Perfect explanation of the reasoning too Pit. Could not have handled it any better either folks. Screw the time out guys. I am buying multiple rounds for all at the bar! TOP shelf only. As cool as the new inverted "M" key looks, the damned keyboard didnt work right.
I simply inverted the entire keyboard and switched the "M" back!

Dayum what a GREAT way of thinking. I find the laughter in these Forums when appropriate and when the extreme Drama hits I sift through the garbage and find something in there to giggle at myself. I figured I was the only one!!! LMAO
You are so damned right Reno, we all got something we are working through, and some of us have rougher spots than others. At least looking for the good in there somewhere and finding the laugh is a heck of a good medicine for me.
All in all, this Forum and Simple server are by FAR, the best I have ever been a part of Hands down! And its perfectly OK for you all to giggle at my expense. Don't mind one bit!!! :-)
Some of us need an ear at times and some of us need to be the guy on the soap box. Its simply part of human nature. Humor is in there too regardless of the position. That is except for Primates.................They find the humor in EVERYTHING!!!!!

I presume I might call you sonny? Please cheer up immediately, life can be a good thing. I come here to cheer up sometime myself. Unwind and relax, we have some funny drama crap going on here all the time on the forums. Some will bring a tear of laughter to your eye.
Sonny, you could laugh for days and days reading some of the internet drama queens here on the Simple forums. Relax and take a few deep breaths and realize life is good. There is going to be some rough spots in life like right now, you have to get over it and work through it.

dont know if there is a clear all command, but same tab key as "add buddy" there is a "drop buddy" button.
Pleiades three "hints" to using buddy button...1) If you add yourself as a buddy, and no one else, your arrow on map is only one green so you can see where your head is at.. haha
2) Add buddy of a problem player. I think the buddy key is based on keyhash, so when that player joins with a different name....it will stlll be green..and you will go..who the heck is that guy...oh duh!!!...
3) If I see all my 'buddies" on one side, I switch to other side as most of them are seasoned players and I think teams might be a little off, even if number of players is even...
Funny Monky, I actually DID add a questionable player as a buddy to help me follow him. And he was on again a few days later and it was NOT the same guy. You know, one of those Players BF Player, whom so many folks use as a name........
And you probably already do know I dont mind switching teams when it gets all off balanced like my Aunt Ethel. Even if I am not as seasoned as others here. OLD maybe but not "seasoned"...........

So as dumb as this may be, I am curious if anyone knows when I add "Buddy's" to my list, and the next map is going to load, does the program try to match me to the same team as my buddies or to the team where the majority of my buddies are on? Seems as if I end up with a bunch-O-green guys on my team and if that's the case, I like that unless its pure coincidence.

Oh and lets NOT forget, what can be (once in a decade or two) one of the most impressive celestial sights you will ever see from the Heavens.......the annual Leonid Meteor Shower. Hope you have clear skies and warm temps! And I am dreaming for a roaring shower again in my lifetime. 15 or so years ago we were seeing over 200 per hour including fireballs. The following year we fell asleep looking......

how much ram do you have (perhaps one stick is bad?) ; what type of video card. do you have same problem when you play on MG or ATF (weee, free segway plug)...
or...turn off the turtle prn downloads while you are in game.....
