Naww..It's very logical...whats not logical is not knowing how to handle it and losing even more players.
If that was the case, Berlin 24/7 CTF would have been empty all the time...we had to kick people to join and play so there goes that theory.

I agree....one of the rules of CTF we always had at Berlin 24/7 CTF was no base/spawn camping without going for the flag and/or in DIRECT support of an attacking teammate going for the flag. So you can't just sit and spawn camp and not go for the flag. Usually I allow them killing everyone on the enemy team once...then you or a teammate must go for the flag. It's not always by the numbers..as there are varibles...but you can usually tell when someone is abusing it.

It is...but like I mentioned with Stalingrad and Berlin...at least on the US side...you risk action by an admin if you sit and shoot armor or arti from either and cause disruption. It's normally not an issue....and it's not going to be.

Nothing has changed...with the exception of being able to sit in armor in Berlin or Stalin and causing all your team to constantly die from you being attacked....which in turn causes players to disconnect and then the server suffers lopsided teams and overall degenerating the gameplay.
Other maps are different....but going forward...it will be Admin discretion as to when sitting in any non-cap base and firing out of it becomes "disrupting game-play". Disrupting game-play is the exact term here... We want to discourage such activity to begin with and would prefer you enter the field of game-play.
