Was playing on allied side kept getting kicked kept coming back in, after initial kick didn't say a word, was going against TankG something now i'm banned didn't say anything didn't violate anything but just banned - again reason for this, i'm waiting for Tuia to reset my password on BoS so i can log in, sent anything to me email yet when i tried to reset my password

Was playing in Berlin today and was kicked many times, now i'm banned, i just got my account reset and notice private message from senior admin.  I apologize, i just got my message and asking what would you like me to change it too?

You were kicked for name twice...then 15 min banned.

The problem is the special character in your name...the "S"...that's all.

Yes I saw that .... the whole email to reset my password issues.... never thought about looking in my spam folder   <----total 100% nublet
