Abas is most likely right, that motor may be a single or 3 phase ac motor.
Look at the name plate very closely then write down and post what is on it.
Going by the current and voltage it is a very small motor 165 watts, around 2/10 of a horse power.

As an add on to Sunshine's question. (If Sunshine doesn't mind)
What version of mediacoder is better? The older ones without "nagware" or the latest one?
Will the older versions work ok (in my case) with shadowplay for crunching the files but keep good quality?

NO, don't ban Archer!!!!!!!
Archer and I along with our friendly air force (vert and Myaz) did a good
job of defending south flag on Alamein.
"just call they will come" that doesn't mean mush unless you have a tiger and a couple of
panzers trying to take the flag. Then those planes look pretty good flying in.

Way back in the beginning of Battlefield 1942 the ECGN (East Coast Gaming Network)
server regulars decided to use [ECGN] in front of their names.
It was not a clan it was just a tag that meant it was a community that liked to play on ECGN servers.
No rules are anything like that, if you felt like you were a regular of the servers you
could were the tag or not.
The owner of the servers never had a problem with it (in fact I think he liked it because
it advertised his game servers and voice servers).
Anyway that's what the [ECGN] tag meant.

It works for me
Some of the fast reflex guys hit the switch button as soon as they see "balance" in the chat.
I know a few time we all notice unbalance and we will have 3 or 4 guys suddenly on the other side, hit
tab and we have another unbalance problem.

Sometimes when I see an obvious unbalance, I'll type in chat "should I switch for balance"?
Most of the time with my slow typing one or two of the admins have already switched.
