Hi all!
I have decided to change the format of the cup from a 4v4 to a 3v3. This allows for a bigger amount of teams and players to join while ensuring better quality teams.
Right now, one country has shown interest in participating in the event, France. There is room for 15 other nations. Sign up now!
The tournament is set to start the first week of August, 2014. This gives people two weeks to form teams.
A neutral cup server will be hosted in Germany or France.

What are you talking about? How is this a blacklist?
Anyways, I was thinking we could either do a tournament where we start from the Round of 16, (so 16 teams) or the Quarter-Finals (8 teams).
The second option seems more reasonable, but if we happen to have more than 8 teams that register, we will do a full tournament from the Round of 16.

Ask Apache Thunder, from BFMods/BFSingleplayer forums.
He is the most advanced conversion modder out there, having converted entire levels from BF2, Mario Kart, PoE (a BF Vietnam mod) and other mods to BF1942.
Here's his latest work, Strike at Karkand from BF2 to BF1942. Simply amazing.

Just so everyone knows my 3v3 CTF Cup is not over or cancelled, it was simply delayed due to a few teams not being able to make it. We are now moving on to the Semi-Finals.

The Nations Cup will start once my 3v3 CTF Cup is over. In the mean time, every one on those forums are free to form their teams. Just make sure to pick a leader and an extra player for backup purposes.

Hey all!
As some of you may have noticed I am working on an infantry-only mod called BattleInf '42. I wish to implement a lot of features that were never thought of in this mod, such as a true Death Match mod, soldiers leans, "soldiers ladders" (soldiers jumping on top of each other to form a human ladder) and much more exciting stuff.
Right now, I am looking for experienced skinners, modelers, sound scripters and animation modders. I can handle mapping, object scripting, HUD texture modding and menu editing myself for now.
If any of you would like to help me with my mod so I can release a full client version soon, it would be much appreciated.

Would love a LOTR mod for Battlefield 1942.
A lot of factions and armies (Elves, Orcs, Men, Dwarves, Hobbits, Goblins, Nazgul) could be made from scratch and there would be plenty of battlefields to make them play on (Mines of Moria, Pelennor Fields, Gondor, Osgiliath, Mirkwood, Rivendale, The Shire).
Would also be nice to fly and walk around as Nazgul, Balrog, Haradrim, Ringwraiths and all the different creatures from Middle Earth.
Any talented modders up for the task?

I think most Decimas players are inactive right now... if you can find some active ones, go for it.
Idk about Ukraine I don't have many players from that country in my Xfire friend list.
