Why was I banned?

I accidentally knocked out of the Flak Nutter - twice.

The first time Nutter was already damaged before me, and exploded immediately.
I said - I'm sorry.

The second time I was shooting from above, from the mountain on the tank, and between me and the tank Nutter went downstairs.
I said - I'm sorry.

But I was banned.

Who exactly - I do not remember.

How to unban?

it was me; you shot me twice in about 2 min and I thought that wasnt a mistake...
