First of all. There is a ban appeal format to be used. Which the op didn't use of course...

Posting what the op wrote in a PM here for everyone to read:
"DUde, you're full of shit, its legit play, even when you bitched I used crouch and strafe only, YOU STILL BANNED, CAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHATS BEING USED ON YOU, THE ONE TIME THERE WAS AN ACTUAL BUG WAS BY THE WATER, BECAUSE OF WHERE I WAS STANDING, AS TRIED TO RAPID PULL PISTOL, K98 KEPT COMING OUT AND IT DID THAT INSTANT RELOAD TRICK, STOP THINKING YOU CAN HAVE 30 PING, TALK SHIT TO PEOPLE, THEN BE  BIASED ABOUT HOW THEY HIT, ALL THAT TIME OF BF, NO ONE, NO SERVER ELSE CALLS IT BANNABLE TO AVOID FIRE AND SHOOT WITH ALL THE BUTTONS"

I told the player not to bug like that. I was standing still and didn't reg a hs when he where say 25 meters away. He didn't strafe. Then I saw that he where swimming in around. I told him again not to bug like that. And as always he continued with what ever we admins tell him not to do. The ban stands. I will let someone else lift the ban if they think it's acceptable play from the op.

Then evading the ban by coming in to the server and complain and call me names. That will just add to the ban if you ask me. I suggest the op takes a few weeks off the server and don't do the following if he is allowed to get back:

1. Bug play. Not talking strafe etc that is of course ok.
2. Stop calling me names. I will ban the op every time does that.
3. Stop complain about his  ping. There is only one solution to that problem. Move to europe. There is a simple server in US. DON'T EVER complain about regs or ping when I am on as admin. Instant ban for the op. I have lost count on how many times I banned him so far.
4. I have no idea why admins here think it's ok that he behave like he does.
5. Calling other ppl cheaters with no proof plus saying that ppl are cherry picking etc.

My 2 cents would be to perm ban the op and then perm ban on this forum

I didn't evade ban, you were too slow, it didn't stick = not evading, I didn't bug play, you stood there and I used crouch and strafe only, nor did I use anything like that to kill you the first time, I jumped and sprayed left and right,
none of you twits know what bugging is, because its true form is doing it from axis berlin in cover at bottleneck of allies,
they hump the ground and cycle it, no, you're an unfair, biased, fucking idiot

Should we really allow someone like him here? This dear player can't even express his feelings in a polite way when he get's banned. He and only he did this to himself. If he would have played fair and didn't complain all the time. Everything would be fine.

And please dear op. I have played this game so many more years than you have and I know what bugging at Berlin can look like. You didn't do the standard bugging no. I agree to that. But when I ask you not to bug by constantly pressing crouch so it looks like you are swimming in the air and makes it impossible/very hard to hit you. Of course you didn't listen... Again with the behavior and old time bans you have I don't even need a small offense for you to get a ban.

I vote for a perm ban. At least a few weeks. I would also like to have him say that he is sorry for his name calling and tell me that he will never do that again. I think that is fair. I feel very offended by his harsh language. I can't even play or surf internet because of how upset I am...

I didn't see a proper apologize. It has nothing to do what you did on the server anymore. Unless you behave here you will be instant ban on the server for anything that could remotely be an offense. Call it what ever you want. But before I hear an apology from you will never play with me on the server.

Yes he was bugging on Berlin. You can unban him but any name calling or bad behavior from him will result in anything from 15 min ban to 1week from now on.

I don't get why he gets unbanned, he's insulting everyone here in his request and yet he gets unbanned..
The fact that the ban was/is correct/not correct is not a reason to be mad and insulting admins here!!!
It's not the first time he isn't polite when requesting. Therefore I would suggest to extend the ban to 1 week!

He gets unbanned as nämeless keeps unbanning him,anyone else with merlin  attitude would have been perm banned ages ago.dont see the point in being an admin if rules are different for  everyone then different rules for merlin.so please guys do not ban or kick anyone for chat spamming ,insulting and let's see how long server lasts.

The big question is, are we going to loose good regular players or newbies if he is permban?? I would say that a lot of regs getting upset by his attitude and putty mouth and they are playing less because he get's unban?
