admin rights

hi,
SiMPLE battlefield 1942 is often very chaotic with a lot of teamkilling on purpose and baseraping and i would like admin rights if this is how that goes. i was admin on one of the old bf servers and i play the game for about 6-7 years i guess and i would like to make the server better. tnx.
