Which ports have you opened to your server?
Is the server public can anyone join it?
What is the IP address of server if it is?
What are you using to run your server Linux/Windows?
Are you using remote manager or BFSM?

On Dlink Routers it's very easy. Go in the "Virtual Server section" and open there your ports for Bf1942. On Zyxel it's like Poker.
Does it need ICMP in router activated?
...
Here you can choose your router and the game and it shows you were to open your ports.

Ok firstly this is not an external IP address so only persons on you LAN will be able to connect with it. Are you sure the server is actually running? The reason I ask is that to use BFRM you also need to open port 4711 to your server before you can actually control it and start it as this is the default RM port, you also do not need to open the Gamespy ports any longer because it no longer exists.

192.168.0.5 is a local LAN address and your router is probably 192.168.0.1 for someone else to be on your server they must have the external address, what is that please or is it all working now?
To find your external IP address go here www.whatsmyip.org and then we will be able to see your server.
If you need the External IP is : 190.244.107.181
fyi...your internet provider might have a thing or two to say about opening a server on your IP; some providers dont care...others will restrict use or speed or put a cap on data usage....
I have tried port scanning your server on the above address and the ports are either not open or are being filtered by a firewall or router rules, possibly by your ISP Fibertel.
Your server is not accessible. Have you tried connecting locally to the internal IP address 192.168.0.5:14567?

If you are talking about connecting to that IP using BF1942
yes, it works, that´s the IP of my server
Yes, i can
Ok so the required ports are not open or being filtered. You are able to connect to the local server from within your LAN but you are unable to connect to server using external address this would point to the ports being blocked.
Ok. here´s the deal,my server is on the Masterlist and working perfectly
Thx to all for the help This is the server name and IP : EXE, 109.224.107.181:14567
PD:this server it´s just to share it whit a couple of friends
and is offline atm
