I was knife fighting someone in Berlin, I heard some shots and we had company. I kept fighting thinking it was another German but something tells me (my ban) that is wasn't. Didn't even notice if a tk came up in the death scroll.

Never been banned before, only rarely kicked and hadn't been kicked before this (usually from tking myself with expack on accident twice in a row or bombing a friend, NEVER an intentional tk). Had just started on the server a few minutes before.

Picked up this game a few months back after several years. Happy to see the SiMPLE community keeping it strong. A bit saddened by this ban. Is it permanent? How does this work?

3 days seems a bit ridiculous. Do the logs show I just joined, wasn't kicked, haven't been banned before? How does the appeal process work? Who makes the call?

Well, it's usually a problem of an administrator who did it. It's Gio in your case.

I would say the graphics outside is much better but the gameplay is boring.
