I keep getting kicked by this admin on SIMPLE USA and frankly im getting tirad of it. He claims that I'm a hacker when he doesn't even care to prove it. I've been playing this game since 04', I don't need to hack to kick your ass. If you got problems with me, please talk to me about it. Dont kick me for no reason. If you think I'm hacking which is kind of sad, then provide me and the rest of the admin team here on SIMPLE with proof.

I'm not talking about today/tonight. This thread should've been made a long time ago, when you started the accusations. I just haven't bothered making a thread about you since I knew it would cause drama and I didn't want to waste my fucking time on you.But yeah, ever since then, you always kick me atleast once when you're on the server for no fucking reason at all. Last time was like 4 days ago, for disruptive playing when I wasn't even playing disruptive. Dont play dumb, get over yourself and get some skills.

Well I don't know what to say mate, I spoke to Jazzy about you just after it happened and he said he'd deal with it.
In fact I haven't said one word to you since, as far as I remember.

But, to be fair, from your previous behaviour I wouldn't be surprised if you were kicked for being disruptive.
And I'm equally unsurprised you think it was unjustified.

I know I suck *sigh* I only play for fun.

Unfortunately, I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the incident in this post, haven't had any recent issues with Penguin, and don't appreciate Vertigo's lame ass bullshit threats/tactics. When penguin and I did have a small issue DAYS AGO, other admin were present and handled it. Move on and get a life.

No the report is NOT correct. You weren't even present for the incident days ago, lol! Today, we said maybe two lines of comments & it was mundane compared to other conversations. It's part of gameplay, and we also moved on. Apparently you and vertigo haven't...

PLEASE stop grossly exaggerating things simply because you dislike me. PLEASE leave me out of your admin issues with other people. It's REALLY not appropriate to make this about me. Now, you also have been asked nicely to stop.

Despite your desperation to make this thread about me, my issue with Penguin was long settled by an admin in game and hasn't been a problem since. You had NO part in ANY of it. That admin could have easily posted an appropriate thread himself or banned me at the time. Yet, neither happened and we've all moved on but you apparently...

This is poor judgement on your part, and I've had enough, myself. I have NOTHING to do with the complaint here. Please either help this dude with his issue or move on with your life.

Vertigo was pointing out to Penguin that his actions were likely to cause him to get a ban and suggesting that you both bring it here and have your back and forth and not in the server, he was not even talking to you. But since you have come in and informed us of the "lame ass bullshit threats/tactics" being carried out by one of the admin team something that we are all involved in. You also point out that any issues between you and Penguin were long settled and have not been a problem since and you go on to say "I have NOTHING to do with the complaint here". Ok this is fine ...................then why are you here and posting regarding something that you say has nothing to do with you and what is all this in the logs from yesterday if your problems have been long settled?

Lonewolf - you are a little drama queen bitch and you have the right to not respond to any post you would like. However, when you do, be truthful, stop twisting reality, and man up for once.

Your recent behaviors draw a lot of negative attention to yourself, and once you realize you have it, you work it. Maybe a psychologist can help. I think I speak for the masses when I say our attempts to help is not appreciated, nor helpful.

While I possibly have your attention: If you come into teamspeak when I am there and you have me muted, I will move you. You have no business entering teamspeak when you have no intention on listening.

While I too have strong insulting words I could use in response, it's just not necessary. When you are the only one in chat, I usually relocate myself as you are already well aware. I will not be forced to listen to your endless vile commentary (like above) in TS about me, especially when I do not do that to you. I prefer to chat with people whom are friendly and fun to chat with. I will chat with whom I please as that is my decision not yours.

Just as I said, our exchange was short and extremely mundane stuff. It was over and done despite me not noticing/recalling the server message until today. Comparatively, we did have 10+ minutes of chat spam with Moss and an admin where F*** in ALL CAPS was used, and a player staunchly insisting that Verty-McFairy was cheating with various comments. (All of this is in the logs as well of course.)

I'm glad you posted our brief banter, it pretty much settles that. Now perhaps you can focus on the subject of the thread and helping the actual person who posted it. Somehow I doubt you'll make time for that.

Sorry your problem has been hijacked by the "Lonewolf-of-the-Month-Clubbing." Despite our differences, you still deserve to have a decent response. Be thankful the guy you've been dealing with is quite reasonable, as you can clearly see the alternatives that exist.

I gotta give it to you guys. You really are the best at going offtopic. While I understand that there has been some issues with me and LW, I still don't want you guys to go offtopic.

PitViper: It is weird that you cannot find it in the logs. He has actually kicked me many times. Even Jazzy can confirm this seeing as we were on the server at the same time. However, this was 2 months ago(Except for the kick 4-6 days ago), so I don't know if the logs can be backed that long. I just wanted to make a thread about it to point it out because I'm really tired of getting accused of hacking and getting kicked for something that I don't even do. If Trojan thinks I am, then I'll gladly take on his proof. Feel free to post the pictures/videos in this thread. If not, then pull yourself together and accept that some people just know more about the game(not necessarily better) but this game is all about mechanics. You get it, I don't have to explain. As for the rest of the bullshit going on that you gladly want to talk about in this topic, dont worry about it. I dont think it'll happen again. Now, I'd like you to stay on topic, thanks.
