For what? I am not guilty!

Today, I was banned on the server SiMPLE | RtR+SW [FRA]. My nickname in the game - Alfonso El Bombastiko. I played at the Essen map for the German side. I wanted to fly on a plane, and I ran on the enemy airfield. I have not had time to get on a plane - I was banned. I do not understand why I was banned, I have not broken the rules of the server. Most likely admin kicked me because I tried to take a plane to the enemy's main base. Big time ago I already kicked for it, but I did not betray this value. Take a plane to the enemy's main base is not prohibited by the rules of the server. Admin who banned me he did not know the rules or believes that his power is unlimited. I demand to unban me!

Please don't mess with vehicles in the enemy uncapturable main base.

The only one who didn#t understand the rule is you.  I kicked u already multiple times for trolling around, baseattacking .etc.

If you are banned permanent, noone would miss something.

You cant go into enemy main and steal vehicle, i mean you can but kick and ban are guaranteed. Its forbidden.

Hey Mr Booze,
you were a lot of times kicked for same action; also already banned, first a day, several times, then 3 days, now 1 week and that is already the 2nd time you got 1 week just by me. I was watching you running into theyr base at Essen; even while talking to you you moved on heading into enemy base... nothing more to say. For the other readers; I was squirrel of death and I knew it was him under different name...

Coco, "Please don't mess with vehicles in the enemy uncapturable main base" - this is not rule of the server, this is your advice, and I am not obliged to adhere to the advice.

Vojislav, "Its forbidden" - who forbids? Server rules or you? Server rules do not prohibit it, so you have no right to forbid me. Server rules have the power in this small community, but not the personal opinion of admins.

One week is too strict in my opinion. I recommend you guys to reduce the ban time to one or a couple of days. Booze is not that malicious pest to deal with him this way. Just explain him the mistakes he made in a nutshell and let him be free. Of course it's only in case he got it rightly.

Mc Coffee, I do not understand why you banned me.
Possible reasons:
   1. Attack of enemy main base. It is excluded because I haven't killed anybody in the territory of base and I haven't destroyed equipment in the territory of base.
   2. The presence on the territory of the enemy's main base. It is not prohibited by the rules of the server.
   3. Use of the equipment received in the territory of enemy main base. It is not prohibited by the rules of the server.
"the fight is somwhere else" - possibly you have thought that I attack enemy main base and therefore have banned me. But the last 5 minutes when I went from the city to airfield I never used the weapon. As a result, you have no reason to ban me. I proved my innocence. I demand unban me.

If you steal a vehicle from enemies main base, you make the enemy team weaker because they can't use it and have less attack power. Thus your actions can be interpritated as baseattack.
I would have kicked and banned for this also.

Sonic, "Thus your actions can be interpritated as baseattack" - theft of enemy vehicles and attack the enemy's main base - these are different situations, so the interpretation is unacceptable. The methods are different: the theft and destruction of anything. If the enemy team has left the equipment unguarded, then most likely this equipment isn't really necessary to team.

Nowhere. Just like nowhere is it mentioned that tk is forbidden. This is a rule of reason for the fairness of the map.

Lets say a tanker knows that tank spawntime is 1 min. If he is killed in his tank, instead of waiting for his tank to spawn he can play as infantry untill his tank spawns. Lets say he didnt die for 1,5 minutes. His tank spawned already and awaits him in main base. Someone  stealing it makes it a mainbase attack maneuver.
Just accept it. All admins agree on this. If you don't then you will be banned multiple times untill you understand this common sense.

Stealing a vehicle out of enemy base is more worse than attacking,
coz it really changes the balance of power (weapons) between the teams.

@ Booze
if you walk with a fishing rod besides a river and you don#t own a fishing license
you will receive a criminal charge.
even if you are NOT fishing, doesn#t matter.  allege that you are intend to fish !
Btw, anyway  its trolling ...

Hi Nämeless, its a bit of a problem for me. I dont want to ban Mr Booze at all - but I dont know what to do to make it clear for him? A lot of players, also including me, like gaming with him as you can have a lot of fun with Booze. Nevertheless he did a lot of baseattacks and stealing from enemy uncapterable flags in the past, also teamkilling for planes and other stuff. As this is not the first time and he knows it, a week is quite moderate in my opinion. The problem is he doesnt accept the rules and refuse to play like most of the community - just normal.

Stealing vehicles is no different to basebombing empty vehicles ,enemy can't use them and if you are in Base and someone shoots at you ,you will shoot back.stay out of enemy uncapturable.1 week ban for habitual offender seems fair and looking at his posts he ain't going to stop so I expect next time to be 1 month.

I was able to attack the main base, could steal the plane, but I did not. Mc Coffee banned me without reason. Presumptions of innocence: "The defendant is not guilty, until proved otherwise".

Always players use equipment which they have received on enemy bases of all types (usual base, the main base, not captured main base). But kick and ban for theft only from one type of bases - not captured main base. Why?

I agree .. I have been talking bout that for ages now
Do not enter enemy uncap.. don't steal equipment  It just encourages Base attack. No brainer there really

You have the people who go in to steal who don't shoot anyone on their venture in to uncap and enemy complains they are base attacking . No admins see what happened so nothing can be done either way .. Admins are then called shit for not doing their job.
