what exact difference between "we HAVE HAD a terrible examinatior" and "we HAD HAVE a terrible examination"?

it depends on if the exam is for a colonoscopy or a sigmoidoscopy.

colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy sound pretty same, not sure i ever be able write them correctly, good thing im not a doctor, so i will use "ass inspection" for these both terms
