Server: SIMPLE USA
I was kicked out of games about 6 times by the same person, (BB)DinkW.
Let's start from the beginning of today's play experience, though.
I was TK'd 4 times in a row, and when I finally got "into the game" without being killed by my allies we moved on to the next map. Nothing happened to the people that TK'd me, as far as I know. Didn't see them get kicked. They got off with a warning, but that's fine with me. A warning for what was probably an accident.
Okay, next map.
I was kicking buns, but my partners weren't taking a base, and weren't shooting enemies that were right in front of them. I decided I would throw grenades at the enemies, and I killed a lot, but killed one teammate by accident. I was then kicked out of the room without warning.
I came back, asked why I was kicked, and was told by (BB)DinkW that it was likely auto-kicking, so I kept playing.
My allies had kept skipping the base once again, not bothering to take it, or even try to climb the ladder. Now, I'm usually a Sniper on the game, so it frustrated me that all of the Medics were being mowed down by Axis standing right there, so I decided next time I died, I would join the fray as a Medic and do the job myself. I joined, killed a bunch of people, got to the top of the ladder and saw someone there. I shot them, they died in one shot, and didn't realize it was (BB)DinkW. I was kicked out once again.
I joined up on the Allies again, as a Medic again, and was told that I was kicked for TK'ing. Despite it being an accident (There was no way I saw the blue name, I saw a person, I shot, they hadn't even taken the base yet, so I assumed they were Axis and I was clearing the room)
I accepted it and moved on. Once again, the team was skipping the base that was re-taken by Axis, and I died by people standing right in front of our base as the Allies skipped the base, and since I was tired of dying due to lack of backup, and wasn't going to deal with people skipping a base, I joined the Axis. They seemed to have their art down, and when I joined, the teams were even, not including me.
I was kicked out immediately.
I re-joined, and this time the default was on Axis. I was told I was "Team Stacking" and that I was "doing it on purpose", because I didn't want to be on Allies anymore. While it is true I didn't want to be on Allies anymore, I was given Axis by default, and the teams were in fact even. I said so, and I was kicked out again. I re-joined, and was told I was constantly Team Stacking on purpose, and I deserved to be re-kicked, despite the teams being even. I kept playing, and two people joined the Axis, making it uneven. They had generic "Player#" names, and guess who got kicked out? ME. I was kicked out AGAIN, despite THEM being the ones making it uneven! I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS BLAMED FOR THEM JOINING AXIS?!
I rejoin again, this time on Allied, and once again nobody is taking the base. I go to take the base, and get kicked out again.
WHAT DID I DO THIS TIME?!
I didn't have time to get an answer, because the next map came up after I rejoined once again. Fine, let's do the next map.
I asked what I had done to get kicked that time, and I was accused of Team-stacking on the ALLIED SIDE NOW! WHAT?!
I argued my case, recounting the facts, but (BB)DinkW didn't listen, and instead said I was TK'ing constantly and Team Stacking constantly on purpose, and constantly told me to "Shut up and play". I said he wasn't being fair, and he ranted about my TK'ing and Team Stacking more, and told me to Shut Up once again. I said he was being an unfair admin, and I was banned after stating my case once again.
Everyone who knows me in the evenings knows that I do not do that, and I have lots of friendly fun on that server. They all know I am not a problem, and I am not a "Team Stacker", and that team kills happen by accident at times. Grenades have an unglobly range that kills allies at times. It happens. And when you can't see someone's name, how can you assume to have know they were ally or enemy?
There are lots of people in the evenings that could vouche for me, an (BB)DinkW unfairly banned me from the server I have lots of fun with friends on, and despite their rudeness and the mass amount of witnesses that saw the unfair treatment this afternoon, I am willing to forgive and forget.
I came to the game this afternoon to have fun with people, not to be kicked out of the room constantly for accidents and for something I didn't even do. I did not "Team Stack", especially when I was given Axis by default. Not much choice, unless he wanted me to Team Stack on Allies, right? I went on the side the game told me to go, so I did, and I got kicked again and again, leading to a ban for saying I was being treated unfairly.
And (BB)DinkW, if you're reading this, feel free to show those logs you said you had. I just wanna get unbanned so I can play the darn game with my friends. And thank you to ALL of guys for doing your jobs. I appreciate all you guys do, even (BB)DinkW. Sorry if you're mad at me for what you perceive, but I perceived you were being unfair, which is why I was so frustrated. Keep up the good work, but please make sure you ban the right people.

> Look on the minimap, before you are throwing grenades.
> Look on the minimap, before to rush into a hot area, like flagpoints, to see, if a mate is allready there. So you are prepaired for the situation.
(For different situaition press key "n" to change the zoom of minimap. 2 x "n" is smalest zoom, like this you have a larger area in sight.)

I did look on the minimap, there were no allies whenever I threw the grenades, but sometimes people got in range for the grenades. They do take a few seconds to go off, ya know, and sometimes they bounce off the edges of walls. I tried a few times to throw into the windows and it bounced right back onto me and I died. That was 100% my fault as well, and I take blame for it every time. I usually laugh it off with everyone else.
And in the case of the shooting in the building, I was climbing the ladder, being fired at from behind me and the sides (My allies were going around the base, I was pretty much alone) and when I went in, I fired at the first person I saw. It was a mistake, since I didn't look too closely at my minimap, but he hadn't taken the base, the enemy flag was blocking their marker, so I assumed it was an enemy when I got to the top of the ladder. He was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME when I got at the very top, and since there was no way of distinguishing enemy from ally except for uniform, I fired. However, I was too quick to fire, and in a single shot, he died, so there was no going back. I saw I had TK'd. That was my bad, and I apologized for that. However, got kicked anyway, and told I did it on purpose.
I'll read over the rules again, thank you for linking them to me. I do try my best to keep things fun and follow rules, but when you get kicked many times when you're just trying to play the game, it gets really frustrating, especially when you know you're not doing what you're accused of, or things are accidental
I'm going to try to look at my minimap more in the future, too. Even though it can be hard to see over the flag icon at times, I take full responsibility for TK'ing when it happens like that.
It helps also if you are able to say which uniform belongs to which team.
It helps also if you are able to say which uniform belongs to which team.
I've been playing for about a week or so, and I get switched to other teams sometimes, so I still have a hard time distinguishing. I play casually, and not too often, and I have a screenfilter that darkens the screen a bit to get rid of blue light.
The uniform was Russian (I think), and we were taking on Axis. (Germans, I think)
Definitely were hard for me to distinguish, which is why I fired so quickly.
Edit: Why did that turn into a happy smiley face? o_o

First step to get unbanned, ... good!

I had no idea about the "N" button's map zoom thing!
Jeepers, thanks <3
I feel so stupid, I should review the controls again
Thank you, Thank you for the tips! I'll be using these when I get back into the game, however long that takes
I'll let you guys review this, I'm going to get a nap. See you all in-game whenever

You know, the "N" is a bit far away. Perhaps you have a free button on your mouse as alternative key.
Besides. Also for flying with mouse it's helpfull to config "T" and "Z" for up and down as alternative keys, (on a qwertz Keyboard on a QWERY it's "T" and "Y"). With this turning is much better than only with mouse.

I will not post the logs for this as all of the admin team are already able to see them on top of which if I do it will discredit most of what you have spent a considerably long time typing up.
You were TKing and team wounding on the AF during Guadal along with a few others and at this point you were not kicked by me and if you did receive a kick it was an auto from the server itself, although several global warnings had already been given regarding TK. We then moved onto Stalingrad and you getting clearly frustrated by the fact that we could not take the first flag, that said you were doing little to help with this. The team were making there way closer to the goal and we had a number of players and some bots close to the spawn we were trying to cap really not a good time to start throwing nades in was it, I should also point out that your score at this point was about fifteen kills and 4 points and I will leave you to do the maths oh and another warning regarding TKs was issued
You then made a few comments about letting you have a tank so you could take control of the situation and that you should switch to medic and take the flag yourself but by the time you had done that I had already taken that flag and was holding it until you leapt through the window and unloaded virtually an entire clip into me and yet I did not return fire, you were kicked for TK.
You re-join the map and although the server places you on the Allied team you decide that is not for you and switch causing the teams to be unbalanced, this would mean that someone from the Axis team would have been switched to Allied because of your actions why should they put up with that? You were kicked a number of times for this due to repetition.
We then move onto the next map Kharkov and you seem to want to start a fight and start going on about using transport and getting kicked to which I had know idea what you were talking about. Despite you calling me a liar and a bad admin I asked you to stop but you would not let it go and I gave you a final shot across your bow when I said "go ahead keep pushing" to which you did, I replied by suggesting you should take it to these forums.
Your reply :- "take yourself to the forums" followed by "I wanna have fun not argue with kick happy admins"
As I am sure you can understand I have had just about enough by now as I to just wanted to have some fun and not have to deal with you so I replied to you with "so play the dam game and shut the hell up!" Most normal players would have let it go there and played on but did you? No you started going on about how much of a rude douche I was and then something about being mean to you and if I was then you would be mean back...................really!?? At that point you were banned.
Just for the record you were kicked once for TK and three for team stacking making a grand total of 4 and your ban was for 15mins and had expired while you were typing the above.
If you continue to play with this attitude and skill level you are likely to receive a longer ban next time.
Good day
Best

Seems to me, you gave EVERY possible chance to correct behavior and actions. And we honorably present you with the "Holy shit are you ever the gracious dude" award, followed by copious amounts of fermented adult beverages. WTG Dink.

And always apologise for team-killing, or close calls
firstly (BB)DinkW are you admin now? do you remember you said im a wannabe? so now who's the wannabe?
If you continue to play with this attitude and skill level you are likely to receive a longer ban next time.
omg skill level can be a cause for banning. that's too terrible
Kept half an eye on Bounty Hunter Lani since s/he was complaining about TK'ers but didn't give #numbers or names; figured s/he was either a troll or a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
Bounty's score was -1/0/7, or something like that; there were no other humans with negative scores.
